The house is located above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and has a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 kr. /pers.

Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Large and bright holiday apartment in Svaneke

Spacious holiday apartment with lovely light located close to Hullehavn. Private kitchen (an oven and two hot plates) and bathroom as well as entrance. The garden is not accessible, but the harbor is a few minutes walk from here with access to the forest and playground for the little ones. We are a family of four (two children aged 6 and 8) who live next door with our cat.
