Peaceful, beautiful and quiet, will definitely go again

It is a magnificent and calm place. We did not take advantage of the pedal boat, the BBQ and the outdoor fire even though they were very easy to access. On the other hand, we took advantage of the breathtaking view of the lake, the hard-working little beaver and the little roe deer that came to visit us the first morning... Beautiful...😍

Had an amazing time, hosts were friendly and absolutely 0 complaints. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Michael and Shayna are great and responsive hosts. The house is as beautiful, airy and large as per the pictures. It is absolutely impeccably clean! The kitchen is fantastic! The location is calm and private with nice landscaping, birds and even a mini pond with frogs. At night, we heard the loons. There are many varied spaces to discover and enjoy, inside and outside, such as the inviting large game room, the pretty solarium or the outside decks. We went kayaking in the interesting bay and had fun going under the covered bridge and to Whetstone island. We opted to use the nearby boat ramp at Forand park as an easier way to put the kayak in the water. There is a walkable small access to the bay which is a good place to bring paddle boards. It was still early in the season and the small deck wasn't installed yet. Finally, we enjoyed getting smoked fish at Keet Baird just a little down the street. Thank you for the great escape and welcoming us in you house!

Everything was perfect! A very large bathroom, and a very well done and very pleasant accommodation. Thank you also for the small attentions to drink and eat ☺️

Second stay here. Location is great to drive around and see parts of the eastern townships. It is great being on the water and the beautiful scenery. Internet service is great and has all the amenities that you would need.

This was my second stay, and once again it was absolutely perfect. The host is incredibly kind and helpful—he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. The property itself is straight out of a dream... right on the lake, peaceful, and beautifully kept. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this one feels like home—and honestly, it's my dream home. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch getaway.

I loved this little loft well located in the old Boleil by the water. It was perfect for teleworking, I'll be back for sure!

The location is the most pleasant thing about this condo. Close to everything; walking trails, city center with beautiful shops and restaurants, beach just opposite. You can do anything on foot.

Mary Beth's place is a dream! It is super cute, comfortable, and clean, but the most amazing part is how close it is to the water. There are gorgeous views of the lake from the comfy daybed, the kitchen, and the deck. The beds are comfy, too. I look forward to returning soon.

Tonya went above expectations to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She even arranged with her neighbor to allow us space to park our boat trailer. We made some special memories with our grandson and fishing on Lake Champlain. We had a great time.

This house was perfect. It is exactly what you hope for in an Air Bnb. It was absolutely immaculate inside and anything you could need was already there. My family and I had work to do on land in the area and we booked this location as a resting spot after long days of work and I'm so happy we did. I cannot stress enough how nice it was to unwind at the end of the day and look out at Lake Memphremagog through the expansive windows, while playing games with my family. It was so wonderfully quiet and peaceful. I also want to thank Ally (and the owner) for allowing us to bring our dogs with us. They loved playing outside and looking out the windows at the lake and surrounding woods. For one of our dogs it was his last trip, as he has reached the age where traveling after this will not be feasible so it was great to see him so happy there. It was truly a wonderful stay and we encourage anyone reading this to book a stay here. Thank you again for everything Ally.

We had a lovely time with the family. The accommodation is very nice, warm and very pleasant. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. A few minutes from the slopes of Bromont, our after-skiing was most pleasant! We'll definitely be back.
