Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Dubrovnik-Neretva County

Fantastic accommodation that has everything you need and more. Only a 15 minute walk into the Old town where there are a plethora of restaurants to suit every budget. Bars and Wine bars that cater for tastings are available as well. The accommodation is a short walk to a small supermarket for those everyday extras as well as a bakery and a couple of cafes. The accommodation itself has sizeable bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor living space. The hot tub is a bonus. Other amenities such as washing facilities are available with ample airers. The kitchen is well stocked, with all the appliances you would need. A memorable stay and we would use again.

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Dear Valerie, dear Dani, Our stay in your lovingly built and furnished holiday home was indescribably beautiful. We enjoyed the 5 days very much and felt comfortable. Our dog, too, by the way! Everything was super clean, very quiet on the outskirts. The view is amazing! Thank you very much for the nice contact with you, the great tips and yet it was never intrusive, we were completely undisturbed. The information folder was also very helpful. We can therefore highly recommend the accommodation for all those seeking peace and relaxation. Nevertheless, the beautiful beaches and the cities of Hvar and Stari Grad are not far away and easy to reach by car. Love, Christiane and Alexander

Excellent accommodation. Very good communication throughout our stay. A small problem was resolved quickly without any fuss. Lovely decor, comfortable beds, good location, convenient for travelling in and out of the old town. Extra touches for our friend’s birthday were really appreciated- very kind and thoughtful of Sanja. We would highly recommend staying here.

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in the Dubrovnik area! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Really enjoyed the property. We had a group of 11 so we had the entire place and thought its location, space and cleanliness was good. As you might expect in Europe - be prepared to walk some stairs!! The location is a bit tricky but there was some parking available so it worked. Roko and his dad (Ivo) were good to communicate with.

Amazing location!. Everything went well . The check in wirh Hedera Estates could have been better. The agency should porvide maps for guests to help them get aquainted with the Dubrovnik area...

Amazing, spacious accommodation with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and close to all the local amenities. Super restaurants within walking distance and good recommendations from the host who were friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

This was our third time in Korcula island and I can say it was the one we enjoyed the most. Great house, well-equipped, beautiful view. The hosts are very kind and extremely helpful, they do all they can to make you have a great time. ☺️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our host Daro and his beautiful villa. From the start, Daro made us feel right at home and even had a welcome lunch set up for us when we got there. The house was perfect for our group of 9 people; we spent most of our time at the water on the private dock that was equipped with a kayak, paddle boards and water gear to swim with. The villa is so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful trees; it’s the perfect place to relax. The town is no more than a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk and had a lovely restaurant and coffee/gelato shop that were very reasonably priced. We ended up driving to the nearby town to stock up on groceries but it was only an 18 minute drive from the house. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Croatian coast, I highly recommend this home. Thank you, Daro for being an exceptional host!
