I booked this house for my sisters who were coming down for the holidays, and it was absolutely perfect! Spacious, homey, and beautifully decorated — exactly like the pictures, if not better. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic: responsive, quick to answer any questions, and made sure everything was just right for their stay. My sisters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place especially for a group!

Chad was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making communication seamless from start to finish. The area felt very safe and was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

This house is beautiful and spacious, close to malls and very easy to find. Looks exactly like the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.

We were absolutely enchanted. Vanessa has a great decor taste. A lot of attention to detail. In addition, we were very warmly welcomed. The house is equipped with everything you need. We had a very nice week in Vanessa's beautiful house.

What a wonderful property. It immediately felt like home. Both my wife and I were also remote working so the little office space was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. The outside space was just beautiful and all conveniences were a short drive away. We didn't want to leave! It was also spotlessly clean. Sharon was amazing in answering all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this gorgeous hidden gem in Hout Bay.

The moment my family and I walked in, we were completely blown away—it’s so stunning, we instantly wanted to move in! It was perfect for the six of us: spotless, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. Teresa was amazing—so helpful and responsive with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property, Mark is so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful with amazing views, it’s well equipped, and is very private. The only regret is we didn’t stay there longer.

We loved this house, clean, tidy and above all beautiful and in such picturesque surroundings. A stones throw from the beach and within walking distance of some great restaurants including the heart and melkies. We were fortunate enough to meet James and his family during the course of our stay. Wonderful and really helpful people. We had a fantastic stay and will no doubt be back again.

A hidden gem! Amazing views out to the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved our stay and will book again. Not an issue for us but there are lots of steps from the road down to the property which might be trouble if you are less mobile.

They are perfects hosts, flexible scheduling. A wonderful and well-maintained home. The house is fully equipped. Great for spending a few days with friends or family.

I rented the house for my wife, two kids and some friends. We had a very great stay and a good time at the house. Everything was as expected and described by the owners. We had a very good communication with them before and during our stay. They are so lovely and helpful. Restaurants are close, also grocery store and a mall. The beach is just 7 minutes away by car and around 20-35min to downtown depending on traffic. Also once a week the house is cleaned with no extra charge. All together 5 Stars from us! Thank you very much.
