Relax, Unwind, Recharge in a Stunning, Secluded, Quiet Guesthouse in Bishops Court, Cape Town

This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

Secure 3 bedroom house with private swimming pool and 2 parking bays in front of the garage. 12 Minutes walk to Kite Beach. Centrally located, 10 minutes walk to Bayside Mall and Myciti Bus Terminal. Restaurants and Bars are within walking distance. Please contact me for groups larger than 6 persons to customize bed arrangement. Free unlimited WIFI. The double garage is not accessible. Two safe parking bays are available in front of each garage door. More cars will have to park in the street.
