The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living room. One bedroom with double bed and small hall into the combustion toilet/shower room. In the living room, there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house (built 2016) is 15m2 with double bed/dividable. Large sun terraces for those of you who want to sunbathe. Or fish (fishing license required).

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Nyrenoverad bagarstuga mitt i hjärtat på en hästgård. Endast 15 km från E4an, i fridfull miljö med utsikt över både natur och gårdsliv . Nära till sjö och badplats. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter, sovplats för 2-3 personer. Fullt utrustat kök med vedspis, spis, kylskåp och bakugn. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Vid ankomst finns även färska ägg från gården i kylskåpet! Vill ni hälsa på gårdens hästar eller kor så ordnar vi det.
