Walking distance to Härnösand center with shops, cafés, restaurants and beautiful Östanbäcken (older district).

Here you find a spacious apartment with 5 minutes with car to both Sundsvall and Timrå and only 20 min walk to the big shopping center Birsta City with IKEA, Media Markt etc. When you go outside the door you have a 30x15 m where you are ou are welcome to play or have a bbq. There are also black-currant and gooseberry bushes free four eating. On the other side of the house there is shared parking for about six cars and 20 meter from the road too Birsta and route E4.

In northern Hälsingland lies Bäckarängs farm with origins from the 1700s. A comfortable and fresh holiday home close to both Hassela Ski Resort and to winter fishing and snowmobile tours. The property has 6 comfortable double beds, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with dryer in the basement of the house. The easiest way to get here is by car. On the farm there are plenty of parking facilities but we are currently unable to offer electric car charging.
