The farmhouse is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls. Several of the rooms have a view of the lake. The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area with view of the lake and trampoline for children in summer. At the lake, a wood-fired sauna to rent and a rowing boat to borrow. Bed sheets & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Slappna av i detta lugna boende direkt vid älven Ljungan med egen brygga. Sjöutsikt från alla rum. Hög standard, nyrenoverat invändigt. Huvudbyggnad är ca 65m2 med öppen planlösning för kök och vardagsrum. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och liten hall in till förbränningstoalett/duschrum. I vardagsrum finns även bäddsoffa 140cm bred om man är 5 personer. Extra gästhus ( byggt 2016 ) finns 15m2 med dubbelsäng/delbar. Stora solaltaner för er som vill sola . För fiske krävs fiskekort.

Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
