Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sukošan

We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

There were two of us in the accommodation and it was really very nice. The location is unbeatable and you don't need a car. There are a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Veseljak with very fair prices) and multiple bars that are also open until late. You sleep quietly, there is no noise in the apartment in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need and everything was very clean. We will be happy to come back.

Very good hosting, responsive and attentive! Very nice apartment with king size bed and the pool is a plus. Would definitely stay again! I highly recommend it!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

There were three of us in the apartment and we felt super comfortable. Vinko was always responsive and very friendly. We received information about the area directly upon arrival and were able to feel comfortable immediately. The kitchen is well equipped, with 2 hotplates and a microwave. Our place was very clean, there were plenty of towels. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Lovely stay! Host was super helpful and responsive! Has everything you need inside. Easy walk to bars, restaurant and beach plus only a 15min taxi to Old Town Zadar 👌🏼

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The surrounding area is very beautiful. You can find some nice places by the sea and relax there. There are also bars , restaurants and a shopping market nearby as well as bakeries. If you want to experience more, it's worth renting a car. Bus etc. Do not go there. The bed is very good for sleeping and also the sofa can be used great as a sofa bed. We were completely satisfied.:)

We had a great vacation in the apartment. Super equipped, great location, pool, parking and most importantly the fantastic view. Absolutely recommended

We had such a great stay at Josip’s place. We were greeted by his Mom, whom was super friendly. The place is spacious and very beautiful. We were able to wash some clothes and hang them outside to dry which was super. There are many restaurants close by with good options. We took a day trip to Zadar which is only about a 15 minute drive. Josip was always responsive by text and we met him one of the days and more of his family. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

We will spend amazing 5 days at Sukošan. Room is great for 2 people, tidy bed, clean bathroom. Owner was kind and helpful so if u want to have a good time in Croatia I can recomend that place in 100% :)

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Very clean, nice apartment. It’s a calm environment but very close to the “old city” with restaurants, shops and anything nice to see of Zadar. Would recommend!

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Our absolutely favorite stay during a 2 week vacation in Croatia. We truly regret not staying longer. Neven’s location is breathtaking and worth booking. It’s exactly as advertised in a quiet and peaceful town on Dugi Otok. The village itself is quiet but has the essentials - including a market and several restaurants. The place was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. I would highly suggest visiting Dugi Otok, and staying here in Zman!!

We (two thirties) stayed in the apartment for four days. The house is compact (and equipped with many knickknacks), but the roof terrace is very spacious. The roof terrace is also absolutely the highlight of the stay. It has fantastic views, with both sun and shade. There are small turtles that are incredibly fun to watch. The shower has a strong hydropower, which is pleasant to shower. The bed (in the separate bedroom) has slight pit formation, we do not know about the loft bed because we did not sleep on that bed. The hostess is very sweet, always quick to respond and is completely there for you. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the city center. Parking is free, but you have to be able to park tightly through a narrow alley so a small car is recommended. For us due to the roof terrace subject to repetition.
