Holiday rentals in Sukošan

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

The accommodation is great and the landlord/property manager takes excellent care of everything. A special highlight is the heated pool, which we were able to use in the preseason. The location of the apartment is wonderful for exploring the area with the Croatian nature parks. However, renting a car is helpful. This can be parked directly in front of the house. It was a wonderful holiday!

We stayed with my parents, husband and 2 daughters (4 and 2) in early June. Tereza is an amazing host who reached out to us and remained avaible by phone throughout our stay. She was there to great us on arrival despite the fact that we arrived several hours later than originally planned. I have never been to such a clean airbnb or hotel, absolutely spotless! It's newly built/renovated, with high quality furniture (comfortable beds, new appliances,..) and doors/windows (sound proof). Even a full large laundry room our baby (who likes full darkness) slept in. I would highly recommend!

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

The family Rogoznica are the single most hospitable people. They made the whole stay incredible experience and lot of fun. The accommodation is clean, the garden and access to the beach are excellent. Sukošan is close to the airport and close to the city of Zadar. Thank you for having us!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and had a stunning view. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was amazing — she responded very quickly, was always ready to help, and incredibly kind. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!
