Apartment holiday rentals in Sugar Mountain

Jason’s space is fantastic. The condo itself is modern and up to date. The facilities amenities , while 90s vintage, are extremely well maintained and track with a ski/golf lodge. I would not hesitate to book this space again for a lot of reasons, top being how easy transportation is with the facility/village shuttle. Show up with food and clothes, and just ride the shuttle to the slopes! No muss, no fuss.

Erin’s place was charming! Small and quaint yet modern. I loved the views from the balcony. If you’re traveling in winter or not in 4WD/AWD, you might find it a little challenging to get up the mountain. We were nervous about no A/C but the temperature drops about 10-12 degrees on the mountain. Open windows and ceiling fans were perfect. Erin was a very proactive host reminding us the day before what check out tasks needed to be done instead of trying to thumb through house rules/messages. Any time we reached out she replied almost instantly no matter what time it was. You’re not surrounded by endless activities but it’s very peaceful and all the surrounding towns are charming! I enjoyed the various restaurants we went to in Boone and Tweetsie Railroad is a must-see! Erin’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Would love to stay at her place again.

This place was just what we needed for a quick weekend in the mountains. The condo was as described and looked just like the pictures. Very cozy, updated, clean, and neat. It was well equipped and had everything we needed- the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. My husband is quite tall (6’7) and he struggled a bit with the ceiling and shower height. Otherwise this place was great, as described, and in a good location to get to breweries, food, and hikes. We also appreciated it was pet friendly!

Had a great time and loved waking up to the view! The indoor pool and hot tub was nice.

This place was amazing. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and it was the best trip ever. This place is extremely beautiful and Lainie was the sweetest and very responsive! The view was so gorgeous and it was simply very peaceful here. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Boone area❤️

Where do I begin? First off, walking in, I noticed just how clean and maintained this place is. Nothing broken or missing. I could have eaten off the floors. It was the perfect size for me, my boyfriend, our 6 year old, and 5 month old. Internet was fast and the hot water was HOT. loved it!

Cozy, clean and comfortable! We were in town for skiing and the location was very convenient to the slopes. Our stay was short but we had all we needed to cook a couple of quick meals. The living room sofa was very comfortable and a great spot to relax after a long day of skiing. And did I mention the views?! They are amazing! Really a great place to stay! We hope to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ski Sugar CC! The condo was cozy, comfortable and had beautiful short and long range views of the mountains and ski slope. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

My family and I stayed during App State graduation weekend. I stay in Airbnb's quite often and this was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I appreciated the lovely decor, working fireplace, CLEANLINESS, comfort of the beds and shower pressure and cozy furniture. The unit is shared in same structure with other apartments and all occupants were quiet and respectful. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities such as board games and good books. We also cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you, Trevor, for sharing this lovely retreat home with us and for the kind and clear communication.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very kind and accommodating host with thoughtful amenities! Easy to check in and out and the cute condo was extremely clean and inviting. We loved the friendly town of Banner Elk and will be coming back!

We only stayed one night because of being in town for App State’s graduation, but it was truly a beautiful place to stay! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Absolutely loved the building. We needed a place that allowed our dog and us to have a place to eat and cook during our downtime. The back yard is HUGE which allowed the dog to run and play while we had our campfire. The fireplace inside made me feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked and the dish washer saved me a lot of time. The view alone should make you want to stay here! Sunsets were beautiful. Parking was limited… I found it difficult to park my truck.

My husband and I are workaholics and cherish our down time and it’s very important that we can check in and relax. D.J.’s property was exactly what we look for. This little gem is so peaceful and relaxing. It was easy to find and easy to access our room. Minutes from Blowing Rock, shops, restaurants and trails. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautifully furnished and peaceful condo! It was perfect for a quick two night getaway. Lynda was a great host, and instructions were easy to follow and she was very responsive to questions.

Scott did a great job and the unit was well appointed. The balcony was a nice morning option and have stocked coffee and sugar is always appreciated. Pro Tip: The lift outside the balcony is the top of a blue run so plan to drop off beginner skiers at the lodge to warm up. There is nothing like taking the last lift of the day all the way up this ski in ski out condo.

Stephanie's home was very comfortable, with plenty of space, great amenities, and incredible views. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay at Sugar Mountain.

This is our second stay at Nicole's place. Five-star accommodations - squeaky clean, super comfortable beds, and we appreciate all the extra amenities (coffee, snacks, spices, etc.). The deck is the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening meal. Can't beat the location as you can walk to town, the outlet mall, and the trails at Cone Manor Park.

We had another great stay at Retreat on the Ridge! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The view is unbeatable and always our favorite part of our stay!

Joe’s place was clean and described accurately. He was very responsive. The views were beautiful and the best part of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to be shuttled from our parking spot to the building which was a little inconvenient but the shuttle driver was attentive, friendly, and we never had to wait. You can also walk down to the parking lot if you want to get some steps in. Overall, we’d stay here again!

We enjoyed a few days away during spring break. We’ve been to this area many times, but this was our first time staying in this Airbnb. It was a wonderful place. Very clean, great views, comfortable beds, well-equipped/furnished. Lynda responded immediately when we had a question and was very friendly and informative! Would definitely recommend.

Great condo with plenty of space & at a great price. We were going to a wedding at Overlook Barn & it was super convenient to that location.
