Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Subic

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

It was a great experience. Easy check in, the unit was exactly as mentioned in the listing. There are improvements I can think of which I provided in the private review but overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this.

We had such an amazing stay in Nicole’s place. We arrived late and we were still able to check in without any hassle. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by the AC already turned on with the ambient lights and peaceful sounds playing. It was so nice that we decided to extend our stay. We will definitely book this property again!

We only stayed for one night, but we really wished we could’ve stayed longer because the place was super nice! It was just right for 5 people and had everything we needed. It totally met our expectations and worth the price. The host was responsive and gave us clear, detailed instructions.

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

Place is very nice with extra amenities like books and gym equipment which you can use in idle time. It’s clean and the neighborhood is quiet. A convenience store is also within walking distance. You might need to bring extra shampoo/soap/toothpaste though if you’re planning to bathe multiple times.

The host is very active, salute ni Ms Susana. The place is very homey. I think headsup lang ung stairs kasi too steep plus ung daan going there pero go padin! :)

The place is spacious , cozy and impeccably cleanml. We truly enjoyed our time, especially playing the PS4, and appreciated that the kitchen was fullt equipped with complete cutlery, they have also complimentary snacks which you can enjoy. It genuinely felt like home - peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Asif and Mary were both incredibly responsive and accommodating througout our stay, promptly addressing any concerns we had. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we can confidently say this place exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much!

This is my 2nd time staying at Joiz's place. She is pleasant, easy to communicate with and responsive. I like the flexibility of checking-in & checking out and the convenience of an access to a parking space. Her place is very accessible to everything as it is a few steps away from Marquee mall and it is close to NLEX.
