March's place was so much more than just accomodation! It felt like home ❣️Everything we needed was there, and if we could spend more time in Pampanga we would definitely spend it there! We had a nice stay at Andrea's place! Worth every peso. AC was perfect for the hot weather.

Like any other houses we booked here at La Serrano, we’re happy with the sleeping capacity and the beds are really comfy. There are rooms for improvement, like the fridge in the kitchen. We booked two houses today and the other house has fully functional fride. This was our 3rd booking at La Serrano, but first time using this unit.

I like that the house is near Clark where we planned to tour around.. the swimming pool inside the house was amazing.. the house was spacious enough for us and felt like home. Thank you to the host for allowing us to leave our sansrival cake inside the re while we toured the Dinosaur Island and got it back by lunch time. Appreciate it. Highly recommendable.

Kudos to kuya the caretaker! Thank you for taking good care of group. Expect to walk to the beach! Roughly it took us 10-13 mins walk. We're rushing to check-out because the low water pressure in the airbnb took us a long time to shower. Even if there are like 3 showers you can only use it one at a time which kinda disappointed. Also, it would be nice to have towels for guests knowing you booked a 15k plus a night! Make sure to bring your own towel! Overall, it was a short and great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this charming property in Liwliwa, San Felipe, Zambales! The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we felt at home throughout our stay. The ambiance was peaceful—perfect for unwinding and disconnecting from the city buzz. We especially loved the outdoor lounging area and the laid-back community feel of the neighborhood. Highly recommended for small groups, or looking to relax or just enjoy the beautiful nature that Zambales has to offer. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Looks exactly like the photos. Just bring your own cutlery and big rice cooker if you are huge groups. Ate caretaker is very helpful with us. Its just unfortunate that it was raining hard and we could’nt turn on the lights in the pool. But weather is unpredictable. Overall, our family had fun and we were 40 and we all fit. Could easily fit more.

We’ve been to many Hotels and Airbnb Accomodations but this one stood out. The place was spacious, well maintained and with complete amenities. The sun set was really stunning! Our family definitely enjoyed our stay and we’re already planning to go back in Matthew’s place. This place feels like home and more! It’s also kid and senior friendly.. Matthew is a great host! Easy to communicate with and made sure we have everything we need. Worth every penny! I highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! 🎉 The house was beautiful, super clean, and the rooms felt just like a hotel – comfy beds, fresh linens, and stylish decor. Perfect for our big family group – we really appreciated the host accommodating all of us, and even allowing a late checkout (lifesaver!). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family – and we’d love to book again in the future. Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

Pros: - Accessible - Relaxing, (Sorry guys! We didn’t see any videoke in this area) - Beachfront (almost! because we stayed at the duplex area) - We were allowed to cook and drink (corkage free) just be sure to CLAYGO. Also we advice to bring with you your own kitchenware (though you can borrow kitchenware at the front desk or any crew roaming around) - The swimming pool area is nice - THE SUNSET! You need to have a money shot on it! - Free wifi access Cons: - No signal on our rooms - The foul odor caused by the trashes (i think the open space is their garbage segragation area) - Limited Parking Space - Limited toiletries - Common kitchen for food preps (luckily, we brought our butane stove for samgyupsal set and we used it for cooking) - Value for money in this place is so-so due to the limited ammenities. Overall, our experience is great and hopefully we can stay in their other rooms for better ambiance!

Ms Joji has been super nice and responsive to my queries. Staff at the beach were nothing but lovely. Noah, Jo and Iyang and all the others were super nice and would really ensure your needs are met (actually they went above and beyond our requests). 🙂 I love this place and hope we can go back soon!

What you see is what you get. This place is really beautiful and each element of the house and amenities are well-thought off and intentional. Our family enjoyed our stay. We didn't have any issue at all. Even the caretaker Jocelyn, she's very helpful and easy to communicate with. Free water refill not only 1 but 3! To other villas we tried, isa lang usually ang free. Towels are also provided! Comforters as well. The only concern was there was, merong greasy part sa may pool, the tile part na walang tubig, siguro hindi lang nababrush kapag nalilinis since the place is always booked. Other than that, everything was really a good experience for us. <3

Jeremy's place is definitely one for the books! It lived up to the listing and more. The home was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and full of thoughtful touches. The pool was especially inviting—crystal clear and perfect for a relaxing dip. All the amenities were available and in great condition, making it easy to settle in right away. It had such a cozy, homey vibe that we felt comfortable the moment we walked in. Highly recommended!

Jacob is great host and responed quickly to all our messages. He was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone planning to stay here.

The place is homey and spacious enough for our family of 10. The subdivision is peaceful and quiet so it's nice to go on walks. We parked 2 cars outside but there's a space for one inside the property. It's close to so many attractions and shops. We're planning on coming back as we didn't get to try the local korean restaurants and activities at the lake close to the property.

From answering inquiries even before we booked, Sir Elmer is very responsive and helpful. We were welcomed by Ate Lovely and she was also available whenever we needed something. The place looks the same as described, although we did not cook our food there, the kitchen has complete cooking utensils, even big pots. Rooms are all clean as well as the bathroom. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults are having fun doing Karaoke or Netflix. Thank you so much, we will surely recommend this place and will consider this listing in the future.

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!!
