Excellent place and location.

Large clean luxurious unit. No issues.

The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There are even Havaianas sandals and pool towels. The quality and pressure of bathroom water was excellent compared to other hotels in Angeles. The pool on the rooftop is amazing. I liked the temperature of pool water and the wonderful view of Angeles city, sky and remote mountains.

The place looked exactly as advertised. The house is squeaky clean and very relaxing, highly recommended indeed. Perfect for family staycation. Location is great since it’s situated near famous restaurants. The kids soo loved the entertainment room and the pool. Spacious rooms each equipped with full bathroom, very convenient. Hope next time we could stay longer. Ms. Thet and Sir Aljay are very responsive, friendly and helpful.. We’ll definitely book again when we hit Pampanga.

I like the place it’s private and the are location is quiet with ample parking. Things I like about the place - two bathrooms and shower. If you have elderly companions they can sleep in a floor mattress in the ground floor and will still have access to the bathroom separated from the second floor one. - One TV with Netflix per floor if you need to watch - 24/7 grocery and cafe walking distance and a 7-11 that accessible 5 minutes by car. - there a pool and restaurant nearby accessible for a fee - there’s a nice highly rated restaurant in the same area that’s walkable (was not able to try through) The unit has cooking utensils, wine glasses, cork screw and even cheese cutter and board. - host provided a water dispenser with water. Things that can be improved but still okay - AC is cool but not as cold as I would have wanted but it’s also because it was really hot during our stay. The room was still cold and you will not sweat unless you are used to really cold AC.

The place is clean, nice and roomy. There's AC in the two rooms but not in the living room/ kitchen. There's plenty of fans in the house to keep the house cool. Cristina, their caretaker, was very friendly and responsive, and was there during check in and check out. You will see fishermen selling the fish that they caught if you go to the beach in the morning.

Frederick's home offered the perfect blend of beauty, cleanliness, and privacy. Its location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to numerous places of interest. The pool area was a significant highlight, providing much-needed relief during the hot weather. Beyond the fantastic property, Frederick's responsiveness and willingness to assist with all our inquiries made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely choose to return here on our next visit to the area.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

We had an amazing stay at this stunning house! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach. The house itself is beautifully clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The caretakers were super welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. And the videoke? A total plus! We had so much fun singing our hearts out with family. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with a dash of fun. Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

Booked this place last minute. The hosts are extremely responsive and warm. Wifi is strong and stable I was able to work without issue. The place is cozy, fully equipped, quiet and smells soooo good. The bed and pillows are soft and bouncy it felt like cloud. This is definitely one of the best stays I've had and I will definitely come back.

Great place to stay for love the room and the pool RECOMMENDED!!

My family had a great time staying at Luz's place. The check-in was seamless, the unit was clean, and it was conveniently located near the event we were attending. My kids loved the tower's swimming pool, and we had all the utensils we needed. There was a convenience store nearby, and the host was proactive in answering my questions—even the small ones.
