The space offers an open plan kitchen/living room with dining table, bed sofa and sleeping loft with 2 single beds (for 1-4 guests, 5 possible with smaller children). The sauna is overlooking the Kungsbacka fjord. It is located in a quiet residential area. Train station and shopping centers are 5 km away. Bathing jetty is in walking distance (5 min), nearest beach is 2 km away.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

The house on the hill

We have just expanded and renovated large parts of our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
