Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest on the doorstep. A bright bedroom with double bed, sleeping loft for extra bed and generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, as well as a relaxed moment in a sun bed. Breakfast includes, among other things, fresh eggs from their own hens – which also make sure no one sleeps in the morning. A fantastic place for the soul, endless hiking areas and only 25 min to the pulse of central Gothenburg.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a private location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, fishing, picking berries, biking, swimming in lots. If you get cold, there is a hot tub. It is a 15 minute walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it takes 20 minutes to Gothenburg. Sup and rowing boat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life out on the balcony. In the house there is a kind cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserve, cliffs and sea just around the corner and also a grocery store and an inn 5 minutes away.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
