Loft holiday rentals in Styria

I had a great stay in Gerlinde’s air BnB, I was in Klagenfurt for a long weekend. It was a great base, easily walkable to local amenities and great bus connections. It was perfect for me, great location and facilities

Wir waren 7 Tage in einer sehr schönen geräumigen Wohnung im Zentrum vom Velden, mit einer tollen Aublick direkt auf das Casino und sogar ein Stück vom Wörthersee . Vom kleinen Südbalkon lässt ich bei einer Guten flasche Wein aus einer gewissen Entfernung sogar noch das Treiben auf dem Casioncorso beobachten. Durch die Zentrumslage sind im Umkreis von 300m Lebensmittelgeschäften, Bäcker, Restaurants und Bars perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Für die Zerntrumslage eine relativ ruhig Lage. Mit den üblichen Hintergrundgeräuschen am Wörtherseenordufer in Velden von Autobahn und Bahnstrecke ist aber auch in dieser Wohnung bei falscher Windrichtung zu rechnen. Durch die perfekte Lage würden wir jederzeit wieder in der tollen Wohnung übernachten.

Elke's luxury apartment was amazing. We were only a few minutes from the centre of Graz and there was loads to do. The trams were all really good and we went to Vienna one day on the train which was really good. Elke was always available if we needed her and very proactive. Beautiful place to stay and will definitely use the apartment again if we go back to Graz. The restaurants were always busy and we found one we particularly liked so went back 4 times. Plenty of coffee shops and designer shops. The clock tower was brilliant and also the bell tower further up. The venicular railway was also good. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful when ever we got lost or stuck. Will definitely try and return as soon as we can to enjoy a lot more of Austria.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz und sauber! Leider hat der Lift nicht funktioniert und die Wohnung war im obersten Stockwerk des Hauses. Ansonsten wenig auszusetzen!

Hans hat mich sehr freundlich begrüßt, und war den Aufenthalt über sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat mir viel über die Gegend erzählt, und Vorschläge bereitet was ich unternehmen könnte. Die Unterkunft war super, ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles da für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Check In und Check Out liefen reibungslos ab.

Wunderbare Lage für einen kurzen Besuch in Graz, unkomplizierter Check-In und auch zu dritt genug Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

City Loft apartment was just as advertised & felt so inviting & warm. It was very clean and very well-appointed. We really appreciated all the special touches & generous provisions provided to make our stay comfortable. There is a little road traffic noise. Elke’s communication was excellent & was very accommodating with restaurant bookings. We attended the Redbull MotoGP, so conveniently close to track via free train station shuttle . We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

What a find! We spent a glorious long weekend at this special place. Barbara is a superb host, communication was excellent including fantastic restaurant recommendations! The „Gartennest“ is immaculate and the attention to detail next level. Thank you for a magnificent stay in Klagenfurt. We will be back!

A very cozy and modern place, with all the amenities you need, and a fantastic lake just a minute away. I only wish I could stay longer to sunbathe! Thank you!

Tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung. Nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und zusätzlich ein gratis Parkplatz. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig das Loft bei Christian gebucht haben, war dennoch alles vorhanden und der Check-In war auch sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten mit unseren Kindern sehr viel Spaß. Das Loft liegt sehr zentrumsnah, wodurch man fußläufig in 10 Minuten in der Stadt ist. Wenn wir nochmal nach Graz fahren würden wir jederzeit wieder bei Christian buchen.

Great apartment at central location. Spotless clean, very well furnished, very warm. Very good sound proofing (no noise). Spacious.

Felt right at home. Comfortable, stylish, cosy and clean. A great place to relax, work, and within walking distance to great restaurants. I had the best sleep ever at this place. Highly recommend.
