The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Nice apartment in the center of the city

The ~50 m² apartment, renovated in early 2023, with a spacious balcony, is centrally located, at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from the city park and can accommodate up to four guests (pull-out sofa). It is the ideal starting point to get to know Graz. The property is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. A bakery and café are just around the corner.
