Located just outside historic downtown Coxsackie, this newly renovated suite in a 220 year old Greek Revival house is within easy walking distance to tiny downtown Coxsackie and its restaurants and shops. 25 minutes to Hudson, 45 min-1 hour to the Catskill Mountains. I live above and next door with my dog George. It’s an old house, with all attendant creaks and charms.

Fil & Ellie’s place was the perfect stay for our getaway. Their home is amazing. We were very impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness and attention to detail. This place has everything you’ll need for a great stay. The hosts were also very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with check-in. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

We had a great time at Francois & Ann's oasis by the lake. It was so relaxing to wake up, look at the lake, and listen to birds chirp. If you are looking for isolation, this place does the trick, We didn't see anyone all week on the lake or at the other cabins until the day we left. The lake has excellent fishing. With little effort, we caught several decent-sized bass and pickerel right off the dock. The location is ideal. You feel like you are out in the country, but are close to great restaurants in Kinderhook and only 25 minutes from Hudson or Albany. It's also only an hour from Mass Moca and 90 minutes to Cooperstown. Francois and Ann were very communicative and quickly responded to questions and comments.

Pet-Friendly Hudson Escape w/ Hot Tub

Eric and Kelly have created a wonderful Airbnb experience for folks looking to explore the Hudson/Greater Catskills area, or just simply reconnect with friends for a long weekend. There were four of us, and it didn’t feel crammed at all. The space was actually bigger/roomier than anticipated. Amenities were aplenty, including any kitchen appliance or utensil you could need (we cooked all the nights we were there), a well-maintained hot tub, large yard, and more. The home was cutely decorated and felt like a vacation destination. There were also plenty of businesses nearby (not walking distance, but easily accessible by car). They even provided a booklet of ideas and recommendations for hiking, exploring, and dining! Such a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!! :) Thanks Eric and Kelly 😊

Our extended family was in search of a place to stay while in town for our youngest son’s wedding. A farmhouse that has been updated without losing its vintage charm, Little Ghent exceeded our expectations! Big enough so that we all had private spaces to retreat, with all the amenities that a family needs while away from home. Little Ghent is surrounded by expansive outdoor spaces. My favorite thing, stepping out in the early morning or evening and hearing only the sounds of nature! Austin was the perfect host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Our weekend was perfect!
