For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, overlooking the mountains of Hohe Tauern National Park and the town of Mittersill. Our new apartments are located at 1000 m above sea level, in a quiet location, and are the ideal starting point for numerous activities! The apartment is approximately 65 square meters, is equipped with a spacious kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Cozy and quaint! Anna's apartment welcomes you in the Hohe Tauern in Uttendorf. We are in the middle of the village and yet pleasantly quiet. Shops are within walking distance. In summer, the mountains offer everything from hiking, climbing, swimming to mountain biking. We also have a lot to offer in winter. A cross-country ski run on the lake and all known ski resorts can be reached within 30 minutes. We are looking forward to your visit!

Chalet Charlotte - our 2021 newly built vacation home (semi-detached house) in alpine style - has been furnished in a modern and very cozy style with great attention to detail. The chalet with its own sauna is located on the edge of Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a small, idyllic village between Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel.
