Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stratmoor

Sam and Jennifer have thought of everything to make you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door! From all manner of charging cords to freshly made jumbo cookies, from snacks and water to laundry detergent, this was our favorite Airbnb ever. An added bonus…my 6-yro granddaughter thought the “hidden” bedroom was magic and she didn’t want to leave this morning! While I didn’t meet Sam, I did meet Jennifer and she was delightful! We hope to come back!

Great and relaxing spot. Chip was amazing and accommodating. Close to a lot of convenient stores and restaurants. Would recommend and would come back again

The apartment is pretty spacious and sofas are comfy. Peggy and Mark have plenty of signs and notes around the place to keep things clear and tidy. Felt very welcome and comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and with nice linens. We would stay here again. Great location in a nice neighborhood. We always felt safe.

We truly loved our stay at the farm house. It was cozy and everything was close by and easy to get too. They also had a book full of recommendations that was very helpful. It was the perfect place for my family and I! Just the three of us great space and the kitchen was lovely. We love to cook and we spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. With occasionally using the hot tub! Definitely a must stay in Colorado! Pikes peak was definitely the best park of them all! But garden of the gods and seven falls was amazing as well!

This house was perfect for our stay yet again! We appreciate how friendly and helpful the hosts always are and especially how pet friendly they are…it’s so hard when traveling to find a place that is so accommodating with our dogs so we highly recommend for any pet parents out there! The house has charm, a wonderful kitchen for long stays and is close enough to several restaurants to walk!

This was a lovely little cottage on a nice quiet street. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard reading and relaxing. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay was included. Plus, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Colorado Springs was a delightful city to explore.

A group of 4 of us stayed on a hiking trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Even though you are connected to the owners home, you still have privacy with a locked door and sound proofing. It was very easy to still feel like we had privacy. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and only about 10-15 mins from downtown. The hosts even provided some snacks, drinks and coffee! I’d definitely stay here again!

My partner and I had an absolutely delightful and romantic getaway at this charming little Airbnb cottage in Colorado Springs! From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how incredibly cozy and inviting the space felt. It truly lived up to its description and provided the perfect intimate setting for our trip. The location was another huge plus – being so close to downtown Colorado Springs made it incredibly convenient to explore all the shops, restaurants, and local attractions without having to venture far. Yet, despite being close to the action, the cottage itself felt like a private, peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for couples looking for a cozy and perfectly located base to explore Colorado Springs!

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

A beautiful home. The southwestern theme was uplifting and creative. Our sleep was interrupted and comfortable. A very easy checkout.
