The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We are commuters and share our owner-occupied house, which is exclusively available to you for your stay. Oberhaching is a very quiet suburb of Munich, close to the Autobahnkreuz Süd, quickly connected to Munich by S-Bahn 3 and also the train to the mountains stops here. From our house you can walk to the train station and shopping street in 10 minutes, and Rewe in 6 minutes. We live on the edge of the forest in the middle of nature.

The apartment (45 m^2) is located in a separate, ground floor annex in the garden of the main house and has its own access. It is located in the quiet district of Buchenhain in the municipality of Baierbrunn. From here, you can quickly get to Munich City or the Alps. The self-contained appartement is located in the calm district Buchenhain of the community of Baierbrunn some kilometers south of Munich.
