Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was so much more spacious than we had expected. It worked out so well for all of us. Throughout the stay, I had a few questions and Steve was quickly and kindly responsive. We hope to definitely get to come back again. Thank you Steve!!!

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

Words cannot describe how amazing our stay was! The home was so spacious and easily fit our entire family. It was so nice to stay under one roof and create new memories! The lake and dam were beautiful and serene. Britt & Justin were amazing hosts and quickly responded to any questions we had! We had such an amazing time and we hope to do it again in the future!

This place is a little gem. Beautiful setting and great use of space. Packing 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 gathering spaces into this square footage was genius.

This home is beautifully situated on the lake with access to a canoe and kayak. We had a very relaxing stay while enjoying the great amenities that were provided. Lauren had great communication with great suggestions to local restaurants and things to do. Extras were provided and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. This home was more than enough space for our family of 8 and our fur baby. Was an excellent choice for our first time visit to NH. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!

Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Charming older home in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Plenty of space, the loft area was a big hit for the kids. Both the upper deck and grassy area in front of the dock provided perfect outdoor dining. Spacious master bedroom and bathrooms. Open concept living area with plenty of seating. The kayaks and canoe were an added bonus. Great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Lots of amenities provided a stress free stay. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was our 2nd stay at the Red Cabin. We and our dog enjoyed our stay and love the peace, quiet, sunsets, and loons of Chalk Pond and the Selt trails nearby. We tried some new restaurants and recommend Ellacoya and The Breeze for dinner and Ames Farm Inn for breakfast. We highly recommend staying here. Both hosts are great!

Location, location, location! This was a beautiful spot for a get away! We enjoyed realizing at the camp and using the rowboat with motor to go fishing. The camp was comfortable, cozy, and exactly what camp should be—a place to enjoy nature! Thank you for sharing your little gem!

When we first drove up to loon pond cottage, we felt right at home. It was like taking a gulp of fresh air. The cottage came with everything anyone could want or need. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I found this lakefront cottage in Shapleigh restful and delightful. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for our getaway. On the terrace, we enjoyed our breakfast with a tranquil lake view. We explored the area and discovered great finds, including several walking trails. Like Williams Town Park Loop, which was an easy and enjoyable trail. A few of our recommendations include visiting MEE-D restaurant for a delicious Thai meal and watching a movie at Smitty’s Cinema in Sanford. We took a short drive to Kennebunk for some baked goods at Boulangerie and did some shopping and dining while there. Overall, we felt recharged and look forward to returning to this charming cottage in Maine.

This is the perfect lakeside cabin! It has all the essentials in a cozy set up. The beds were very comfortable and the third floor loft space was the perfect escape for our 13 year old. The cabin sits well above the lake offering fantastic views all day and faces west for the sunset. The lake is the perfect scale for boating and kayaking. Sanford is very close - 15 minute drive - with grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats, and a drive through ice cream joint. Sara’s communication was excellent. We would definitely rent again.

An absolutely wonderful cottage on a beautiful lake. West facing so lovely sunsets. The water is clear, clean and warm with a convenient pontoon to swim out to and back. The facilities were wonderful we used the kayaks and paddle boards. There is a well equipped games room (pool, table tennis and foosball). It’s perfect to keep kids entertained or just to relax. Also an outside pickle ball court. Dave and MB are very generous and welcoming hosts. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed out. Highly recommend. Dave and Caroline

Our stay at David’s cabin was the perfect fall getaway! We enjoyed playing cards on the screen porch and watching the sunset under the lights outside (do not miss the sunset view here!). The cabin is isolated enough to unplug but close enough for a quick drive to town for any necessities. David was also a communicative and helpful host who provided recommendations and readily answered our many questions. I strongly recommend a stay at this cabin!
