Holiday rentals with a patio in Strafford County

Charming older home in a beautiful, friendly and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Plenty of space, the loft area was a big hit for the kids. Both the upper deck and grassy area in front of the dock provided perfect outdoor dining. Spacious master bedroom and bathrooms. Open concept living area with plenty of seating. The kayaks and canoe were an added bonus. Great swimming and fishing right from the dock. Lots of amenities provided a stress free stay. Neighbors are very friendly. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

Really enjoyed the stay. The home was very spacious and comfortable, and is situated in a great spot near downtown Dover. This will be at the top of my list to stay at anytime I'm in NH.

I really enjoyed my stay at Amy’s place. It was very comfortable and everything was as described. I will defiantly be staying here again in the future if I am in the area.

We were looking for a place close to Hampton Beach and this airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was about a 25 minute ride from the boardwalk and it was perfect for us, especially because we were just there for a show over night. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and felt homey. We will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.

I cannot say enough about the beauty and cleanliness of this home! I have stayed in many rental homes and there is always something that makes me cringe a little, but not this place. Every corner of the home was spotless, it smelt clean, the furniture was all clean and comfortable. The view and the water activities were so enjoyable! We spent most of one day on the paddle boards and enjoying the peaceful water surroundings. The outside house and shower made for easy cleanup too! I saw some reviews on the sound from the nearby highway but once you’re inside or outback on the deck/dock we heard nothing. Completely serene and this is coming from a family who lives in a very rural, quiet home. The location is nearby Portsmouth and Kittery, Maine - where we spent a lot of time! Also a lot of hiking nearby. Darryl was also extremely responsive, friendly, and informative. And the added touches throughout the home were truly appreciated!

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

My friends and family stayed at Chris’s Airbnb last year and knew we had to come back to do it again this year!! Had an amazing time playing darts, lounging in the hot tub, and grilling! Hope to make it year 3 next year! Highly, highly recommend Chris’s place👍

We had a nice time weekend despite the rainy weather. The house was great, spacious and clean. The deck was great with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of lake. Would definitely recommend!!!

Words cannot describe how amazing our stay was! The home was so spacious and easily fit our entire family. It was so nice to stay under one roof and create new memories! The lake and dam were beautiful and serene. Britt & Justin were amazing hosts and quickly responded to any questions we had! We had such an amazing time and we hope to do it again in the future!

Beautiful, tranquil surroundings and within an easy hour drive to get to various coastal towns. The house is in big and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Everything is pristine within the house and the views from the back deck are AMAZING!!! Sue was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality and attention to details in the house.

This home is beautifully situated on the lake with access to a canoe and kayak. We had a very relaxing stay while enjoying the great amenities that were provided. Lauren had great communication with great suggestions to local restaurants and things to do. Extras were provided and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. This home was more than enough space for our family of 8 and our fur baby. Was an excellent choice for our first time visit to NH. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!
