Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces directly next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the refrigerator to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Saša host impeccable: responsive, helpful, and smiling. Breathtaking view, green environment. The road to get to the property is not very comfortable, but you are happy to make a 😊 unique effort to note: the cold water comes with a very weak jet and the flush takes a long time to recharge. The location is perfect and the apartment was every bit as good as we hoped. Very quiet and pleasant yet only a few steps onto the walkway with shops and restaurants offering excellent food choices. We shared with another couple and having separate bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us all privacy while enjoying the communal areas especially sitting in the garden in the evening together. Sanja was very friendly and always responded quickly so for us the apartment and Pula itself was a 10/10 experience.

My husband and I stayed at Tina's apartment for a week. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is great, super clean and nicely furnished. Highlight: the view!! A dream! Tina is super quick to respond to messages! An absolute recommendation!

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Had a lovely holiday in the beautiful house in the fantastic surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, beautiful and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

We had a great time, the house was very clean, super well-equipped, nothing missing, good bedding too. 25 minutes from Pula to find beautiful beaches, small village supermarket with affordable prices. The only drawback is the 3 dogs of the neighbors who bark a lot. Nives is very nice and offers us cupcakes on arrival as well as a small coffee. Thank you very much.

Everything is amazing

Perfect for our needs. Modern and well appointed. Everything we needed was supplied. Comfortable beds. A fantastic 8 night stay.

Elena was an amazing host. She was always easy to reach, friendly and courteous.

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Very comfortable and cosy.

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

The accommodation looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Quick and easy agreement as well as friendly communication with the owners.
