House holiday rentals in Štokovci

We felt very comfortable with Marko and Leila. Communication was great! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and was really nice! The area is very quiet and rather remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. We had a great time at Casa Nostra!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

The extensive property suited our group very well. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The lovely pool , pool side kitchen and large surrounding garden gave us all plenty of space to enjoy time together. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to buy bread and other essentials in the small shop (open 7.30 - 14.00) but a car is essential for trips to supermarkets, restaurants, places of interest. The owner kindly offered to order us local cheese and olive oil. It was excellent, but expensive. One can also buy very good vegetables and eggs from the neighbours. We had friendly, helpful service everywhere we visited. Pula, Fazana and Rovinj are certainly worth a visit. We were fascinated by the variety of insects. Many butterflies , beetles and small scorpions. Great if you’re a mini beast fan! Just remember the mosquito repellent. All in all we had a wonderful time!

Great holiday home, has everything you need and it’s really nice to stay there. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The host is very friendly, responds quickly, and is easy to communicate with. We recommend it and will definitely come back!

Everything was great, as described. The house is very nice and tidy. The pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. For an even more excellent experience, a larger refrigerator would be welcome. Also, slightly better quality bed linen and towels, and a few sorting indoor trash cans.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Very nice tastefully decorated villa with pool. The kitchen or house is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and air conditioning in every room. The property is closed, which is pleasant for dog owners. Outside there is a foosball table , ping pong table and a dart board so there is no boredom. Plenty of seating and lounging options by the pool. There is an outdoor fireplace for the barbecue fans, but the barbecue area is not adjustable in height. Visnja greeted us personally and explained everything and gave a lot of useful information and was always available for questions. We will keep the holiday in good memory.

The Villa was perfect

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

I was with my best friend and our two dogs (German shepherd) and (dachshund mix) in Sanja's house. The house was very clean, the property completely fenced, wonderfully planted, the pool was sufficiently large and very clean. The dogs could go in and out all day, you didn't have to worry about them escaping anywhere. Sanja and her husband were very nice and always available. For us, it was a little paradise, perfect for relaxing, with birdsong. Thank you both for making our vacation so beautiful.

Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful stay - great with dogs - quiet and ideally suited to relax - the larger cities can be reached within 30 minutes Mladen himself is a great person and supports where it is needed

Very well equipped house with everything you’ll need, sea is surprisingly well visible from the house, pool and outdoor space is great, plenty of room inside the house for evenings and rainy times

This villa is absolutely beautiful. It is even more impressive than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean. It’s super spacious and lovely environment to spend time in beautiful Croatia. The location is mixed, there isn’t much close to the Vila and sadly you can’t walk to anything but you can reach many amazing spots in 30-40 minutes driving.

The Stanzia Negrin is a gem. You building are very well decorated and preserved; you can feel a lot of passion has been put for making the place very comfortable, and authentic. The place is perfect for groups gathering: large grill station, a lot of space outside, a wonderful fireplace inside where you can indulge having some wine and chatting. The kitchens are fully equipped.

The house, pool and setting is idyllic. It makes for a very relaxing family holiday by the pool, but is also a central location for exploring Istria, a scenic historical region. There is a large open plan kitchen, diner, sitting room, with pool table. There are two outdoor eating areas, one with BBQ. Two downstairs bedrooms, one downstairs shower room. Two upstairs bedrooms, both with en suite showers, basin and toilet. One upstairs bedroom has a small balcony for sitting. There is another larger upstairs balcony with two comfortable sofas, my favourite nook. Pool is warm, some floaties supplied. Garden is large, colourful, has sand volleyball area, slide, outdoor shower. There was a supply of toilet paper, kitchen roll, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand wash, laundry products, oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, flour, sugar, coffee filters. Gordana was a great host, responded promptly and resolved issues with one AC not working, fuse tripping.
