Villa holiday rentals in Stockholm archipelago

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Thank you!

We had a great stay with Robert, Helene and Peter. You have a fantastic view of the archipelago and in the cottage everything you need is available plus much more. The terrace is a particularly special place to relax. Stockholm and the archipelago are easy to reach to explore the region. Robert, Helene and Peter are great hosts, we received many useful tips and felt very comfortable. A truly wonderful place.

The two hosts are very nice! We felt very comfortable! The apartment is superbly designed and designed, only the kitchen is a little small. A little more amenities would be great. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we'll be back.

Very cozy house that is right by the water. Nice area and close to Rådmansö bakery! Everything was great. The drinking water tastes a little different but just as the host recommends, you can bring your own drinking water. Will gladly come back! 🌟

My friends and I wanted a place where we could totally switch off and relax from our busy lives. We chose Ebba's place for the location and hot-tub. It needed to be easy for all of us to reach, I flew in from the UK, my friends travelled from different parts of Sweden. And it needed to be comfortable, not basic. The house was well-furnished and included everything we could possibly need. The supermarket was within easy walking distance for us to stock the fridge, and then we completely switched off and enjoyed laid-back living and the hot-tub. Ebba was friendly and responded to all of our questions before we visited. She left clear information and instructions, and we really felt like we were in a home from home. The extra touches like teabags, olive oil, salt and the welcome chips and chocolate were all gratefully received. By the time we left we were already planning our next visit. We were really really satisfied with our stay at Kajsas Lakeside-Villa!! The hosts are very friendly and warm people and could be contacted every time during our stay. Communication with them was fast and excellent just like the cozy house by the lake we stayed in. Everything one could need was there and we were even allowed to take some firewood to use the chimney for the first colder autumn evenings. Also the distance to Stockholm was perfect, if you want both: to live in a place near nature and have a short way to the city (you do not necessarily need your own car because it is easy to get to the city centre with public transportation in 30-40 Minutes from there around the clock -> busstop "Grindstugan" -> sl.se). A visit to Tyresta National Park (www.tyresta.se/english/) is also just 30 Minutes away with public transport. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beuatiful lakeside-villa! Lisa + Hannes

After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Among the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! We were ten friends celebrating a birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for the purpose. Everything was 10/10. The houses are nice and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen and kitchen island became our natural hangout, where we could both cook and socialize at the same time. In addition, it was perfect for saunas, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, drinks in the evening sun by the pool house followed by dinner in the orangery. Everything and a little more was available for an unforgettable weekend. Albin and Nina are very nice and easy to deal with. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we will gladly come back again!

I spent (unfortunately only) 4 nights with my kids in this wonderful house. Less than half an hour outside of Stockholm and you are in a different world, totally calm, right by the sea. The sunrise over the sea - if you happen to be awake at 5 in the morning - is just marvellous. The house is beautiful, even nicer than on the pictures, perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. We had some relaxing days swimming (two neoprene suits available), stand-up paddling, chilling on the terrace and boating around the islands. Renting the yellow boat is a must - it's faster than it looks. Thomas is the perfect host - always available and super supportive when you need him. Thanks for this great vacation! Water-skiing (skies available) is on our list for next time :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! Had a great stay, was a very private feel. Host responded very quickly and was accommodating to requests. Cleaning instructions could have been clearer but overall great communication.

Had a nice holiday week in Caroline and Erik's house, everything matched as described and in the pictures. The landlord was easy and accommodating to communicate with, and flexible in relation to our needs for longer stays. The pool house and pool were perfect both for lazy summer days and for game nights with family. We were 6 people, and in addition to the house, the annex, which gave us plenty of space. The house was charming, tidy, and well organized. And the bookshelves had books entirely to my taste 😉 Simply a comfortable and inspiring house to vacation in 🌟

Me and my family spent the Holidays at the house and created some memories that will last forever. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to have a lovely time! Would definitely try spending some time in the summer there as well.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jean Philippe’s house, we especially enjoyed the pool and the garden but the house itself was also beautiful and well organized with great set of toys and games for kids. Jean Philippe and his family were easy to communicate with and offered nice recommendations for travels. A perfect place for relaxation, lovely nature and play.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

This house is just amazing! Such a great location, really nice view and super modern and tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable! The pool was very pleasant. Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.
