Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

Great communication, neat and clean, great value. Slavimir was very friendly, and the views from the pool were incredible. Our kids loved playing in it. This was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It was extremely clean. Easy to check in, she met me there to alleviate any confusion. Super easy to check out. Beautiful view. Great location. Would stay here again without a doubt!

My family recently stayed at Boris’s apartment and everything exceeded our expectations! When we booked, he was very responsive to our questions and offered to arrange transportation to his unit at a reasonable price and he was waiting for us when we arrived to provide detailed instructions. The beautiful apartment was very well appointed, clean, comfortable with an amazing view and walking distance to many things. Exactly as described. Boris was even kind enough to provide some welcome snacks and treats. We highly recommend Boris and his apartment!

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Ela’s place was great! Only a few minutes walk to the main part of town and some of the best views of the port. It was exactly as described, easy to check in and had good WiFi

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We had the most amazing time staying at House Petra! The location was even better than we could have imagined, with a beautiful waterfront path leading you on a 5 minute walk to Trogir, where there was so much to see! Toni was an incredible host, helping us with local recommendations and the house was even better than the listing said! Toni made us feel right at home and we will definitely be visiting House Petar again as soon as possible! Toni went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful that he made our holiday so wonderful! Thank you so much again, we just loved it!!!

Villa Karina was even more beautiful than the pictures. The inside of the house was well organized and clean. Loved having a washing machine and we just air dried clothes. The views were 10000% amazing and the grounds were immaculately landscaped. One thing to note is that because cars/taxis cannot go past the ramp, you have to pull your luggage down the road a few minutes and up the stairs to the house. This was a minor drawback to deal with as the house + views are worth it! Few thoughts on future improvements, if helpful: The shower drain was slow at times, so that could be an easy fix. The screen door and sliding door to the house were a bit tricky, so it might be helpful to get those adjusted as well. There were quite a lot of mosquitos, but we sprayed repellent and were mostly fine. Again, part of being by the water and we expected it. We will be back again as this house is a true gem!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Our stay was lovely. The space is beautifully decorated and quiet with lots of natural light and sea views. Pavo’s parents made us a huge spread of delicious food when we arrived. I’ve never had such generous hosts. They welcomed us like family and it made the stay very special. They also left us fresh eggs every morning and some other treats. Really wonderful people. I loved walking to town - it’s very sweet and right alongside the water. There are a couple restaurants, a bar, a small store. It was a perfect getaway. Hope to return one day!

We were a family of 10 people who had a great stay at the house. Everything was up to expectations and the host was really turned on and accommodating. In mid-May there were very little people and activities in the area, and all of the kiosks and bars along the beach were closed (except for the shooko and the neighbor). It was a bit too far to walk to the store to shop for goods and a bit far to walk to Omis. Would think there is more activity and possibilities in high season:) Otherwise, great house we had a great time in.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

The first communication showed us that they deservedly had a Superhost status. I accidentally canceled the reservation without a refund, and Maya called the customer service to resolve it. Communication with Maya was perfect, we got all the instructions through the messages even in the PDF. It's easy to find a place to stay, because it's right on the road and beach. The beach is perfect for young children, you can use strollers, and the sea is crystal clear. The place is quiet and perfect for a getaway. They have 2 cafes nearby for parents to take a break and a grocery store. It's close to Split and Omis to visit by car. Parking is provided even after check out. It is possible to arrange a time of Chek in and out. There is everything for kids, crib toys etc. Everything is spotless. In the backyard you have a barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped, feels like home. Maya thinks about everything and even has a book with all the instructions. We have words of praise for the quality of the accommodation, we recommend it primarily because of the qualie but also for the good hosts. we come back again

Antonela is an absolute outstanding host. We adored all the special touches everywhere. There was everything we needed and much more. Such a privilege to be staying in this 500 year old dwelling that has been lovingly restored. The opportunity to step outside the door and be immersed by this ancient village and feel it's magic was very special 💖 The location was a stones throw away from lovely local taverns, cafes, restaurants, shops, bakery and chemist. The love and effort Antonela has put in can be felt as soon as you enter. Many thanks Antonela and Srećko for creating a stay never to be forgotten. Hope to see you again🙏

This is a lovely new apartment only a few minutes from everything you need: groceries, butcher, hairdresser, walking path and beach. The apartment is super clean- my #1 priority when booking. 2 balconies. Private and makes you feel like a local. The local coffee shop is really nice too. Highly recommend this property and Ivana, the property manager if fantastic and answers all questions and requests.

We loved the vacation at the place. That was actually the cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The equipment is new and modern, everything necessary was available. Nearby there were a few restaurants and shops, the beach is also in approx. 5 minutes' walking distance. The contact with Anita and Zoran was extremely friendly, we were personally received. Checking out was also straightforward.

This apartment was really a surprise! The apartment was really a lovely place to stay. To say it was spotless is an understatement - it was so clean that it looked like we were the first guests to stay there. The view was fabulous and exactly as the photographs showed. It overlooked the harbor, giving an extra treat of sunrises and sunsets. It even had it's own small balcony. Although I was never able to meet our host Toni, he was very quick to answer all my texts! He even offered to meet us at the apartment late in the evening to assist me in getting settled. Talk about above and beyond! Anybody lucky enough to rent this apartment will not be disappointed! Thank you Toni for making my stay the best of a 3 week trip! You deserve 10 stars in all review categories!!!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
