Apartment holiday rentals in Stobreč

My second trip to Croatia and I honestly could not have wished for better hosts! Both Klaudija and her husband Nikola were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. From little homemade biscuits and jam to an evening of bbq food! I’ve never experienced hosts so lovely. There were tears when I left! The apartment was super clean and had everything you could possibly need - right down to a garlic mincer. I booked the apartment for 4 weeks and there was nothing lacking at all. Comfortable beds, impeccably clean bedding and towels and a homely feel to the apartment made my stay so enjoyable . The shower had good pressure too which is always a bonus! Podstrana is a good base to use for travel. Split is only a short bus or taxi ride away where you can book trips to other islands, attractions, and visit the old town etc. The isle of Brać is a 50 minute ferry ride from Split and well worth visiting. I will 100% be booking to stay at Klaudijas apartment again the near future.

Small things should have been repaired, but it was the end of the season. The property has a great location with a sea view, many rooms and toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Very nice and professional host. Not so many tourist, as you would see in the center of Split, and the apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the beautiful sea.

Amazing hosts that met us after a much delayed flight itinerary. Super responsive with any inquiries I had. We would most definitely recommend this place if you like being away from split city center. Took literally 20 minutes to get to downtown split. Apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed as a family with two kiddos ages 9 and 12. Would come back if we head back to Croatia anytime soon.

In short, this is the best apartment for all our trips. I believe this apartment needs to be shown to all landlords as a benchmark of a good place to stay. The apartment has everything and even more of what you need and need. There is a nice beach nearby, you can walk or drive, there are many shopping centers. You can reach the center by car in just 5-10 minutes. We are very happy that we chose this apartment. We will be happy to stay in this apartment again.

Loved our stay here and the sea view! Place is very spacious for a couple and we liked the separation of living and sleeping areas across two floors. All the basics were provided and the apartment and amenities (e.g. pool) were super clean upon arrival.

Our stay in Matea's appartment was just perfect. Communication with her was super easy, she was always very helpful and accomodating. The appartment still looks very new. It was clean and well equipped with plenty of towels. It was great that a washing machine was available, too! The kitchen had everything we needed for some easy cooking. The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the balcony towards the ocean and the hills is lovely. The air conditioning saved us from the heat outside. And by car, the beach is only a 5 minute drive away. All in all - we had a great time!

We really liked the accommodation. Our vacation here was wonderful. Jakov was very friendly and always easy to reach and also helped us directly when we needed something. We were very warmly welcomed and Jakov also gave us many useful recommendations and tips regarding activities, restaurants and beaches. In general, the accommodation was very clean and had everything you need for a longer stay and the highlight: the view! A dream! We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, everything was explained to us in a friendly manner. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped – even liquid soap, shower gel, salt, pepper and oil were there. The air conditioning was really helpful in the heat. Everything is new, the balcony is beautiful and offers a great view. A few minor defects: The glass doors in the bathroom do not close properly, some plastic parts fall off easily and have to be fastened again and again. In addition, a drain plug is missing in the bathroom, which sometimes leads to an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant stay, recovered well and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

We had such a lovely time at Toni’s place! Toni is a great host — super friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and cozy, and we really loved staying there. The garden was one of our favorite parts — full of fresh lemon trees and even cute rabbit running around. It felt peaceful and special, like a little escape. The best part? The view of the sea! Waking up and seeing the ocean every day was amazing. Overall, it was a perfect stay for us. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax

Me and my friends loved our time in Split and Josip’s place was the reason why! Absolutely stunning apartment only a 20 minute uber from Split and lovely beach a 5 minute taxi down the road. Being with my mates by the pool and BBQing was what made our holiday so enjoyable so thank you. Josip was great and made us feel very welcome - even dropped us off a few beers. Would certainly recommend and if I’m ever back in Split I know where I’ll be staying!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and a beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbour was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We must mention the hostess Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

Everything overall was great, Jelena was friendly and gave us clear instructions for self check-in. Apartment was clean and cozy.

Ines was very responsive with messaging and always happy to help. The apartment has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the hot tub in the sun during morning time. Ten minute drive from split. Would recommend to a friend and very much hope to return

Spent 3 weeks in Croatia, 2 of them at this spectacular apartment,deck is 10 star, exactly as the photos. Katija is outstanding, checking on us ensuring we are good throughout our stay even dropping off surprise treats, clean bed linen. On arrival fridge stocked with starter supplies. Water cooler so no lugging water from the grocery store and 2 are very walkable, plodine up the road and STUDENAC just below with plenty of options.Plodine offers great hot food to relax and eat on the terrace. The location is outside of old town, uber was best taking less then 10 minutes right to palace area for 5.50 to 7 euros. At first we thought we were too far out however getting out of the craziness and returning to our sanctuary was perfect for us.Zanje beach is walkable, promenade/amenity construction almost done and this will be spectacular.Very few restaurants near so anticipate uber to restaurants and surrounding areas. For morning coffee only a short walk to Gools below! 100% recommend

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

The view is breathtaking. What you see is exactly what you get. The place is clean and nice also they were both very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Marinas apartment in Okrug Gornji! She was great at communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed😊 The apartment was the right size for the three of us on a girls trip. The pool was amazing, clean and a great place to spend the day! There are many beaches nearby and restaurants!🏖️🍽️🍹

Amazing hosts. Father met us on the street and showed us in. Views are amazing. This is the top floor and feels like a penthouse. Hot tub was a nice touch!

After finding the address (only a short drive from the main road but lots of tight curves and caution must be exercised) , the check in and entire stay were seamless. We did not actually meet Anita but her mom let us in and even welcomed us with baking. The apartment was very modern and well decorated. The hot tub, A/C, etc all worked well. The waterfront was only a short walk away and had a lot to offer. A good central base for visits to other places such as Omis and Split. Overall, a great experience.

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

We had a great stay. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly, it looked just as nice in person, from the interior to the views from the hot tub. Lea was a fantastic host. She welcomed us with fruit and biscuits, which was such a nice touch, and even took the time to see us in person on entry. She was always quick to respond and gave great local recommendations. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.
