Very welcoming host, very clean accommodation, everything was perfect. Only small weak point, a little far from the center but very convenient by UBER, and also by bike or bus Convenience store nearby

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

The place is about a 10 minute walk from the beach/ bus stop to split. Very clean room with a balcony to sit. Tanja and her family were very nice. Highly recommend.

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. Amazing deal for the money, great place to stay with a pool as well! One thing to note is you will need to get cabs everywhere as split central is too far to walk, this isn’t really an issue tho as Bolt out here is very active and cheap. Great place to stay with just enough space and clean ammeneties, couldn’t recommend more for the price!

Small things should have been repaired, but it was the end of the season. The property has a great location with a sea view, many rooms and toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We had such a lovely time at Toni’s place! Toni is a great host — super friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and cozy, and we really loved staying there. The garden was one of our favorite parts — full of fresh lemon trees and even cute rabbit running around. It felt peaceful and special, like a little escape. The best part? The view of the sea! Waking up and seeing the ocean every day was amazing. Overall, it was a perfect stay for us. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax

Very nice flat, exactly as advertised, has everything that is needed for a hollidays by the sea including a sun umbrella and 2 seats for the beach. Washing machine also works perfectly

Damir was an amazing host who always gave prompt replies to our enquiries. He was so kind that he showed us around the lovely town Stobrec upon our arrival, gave us some good advice on where to visit, parking and restaurants. The apartment was tidily kept, clean, modern and stylish with thoughtful design. It was only a few mins walk to the beach and bars and around 20 mins drive to the Split city centre. Besides, Damir was very helpful and always made sure our stay was comfortable. We were very happy to be able to explore the beautiful town Stobrec. Loved our stay here and the sea view! Place is very spacious for a couple and we liked the separation of living and sleeping areas across two floors. All the basics were provided and the apartment and amenities (e.g. pool) were super clean upon arrival.

In short, this is the best apartment for all our trips. I believe this apartment needs to be shown to all landlords as a benchmark of a good place to stay. The apartment has everything and even more of what you need and need. There is a nice beach nearby, you can walk or drive, there are many shopping centers. You can reach the center by car in just 5-10 minutes. We are very happy that we chose this apartment. We will be happy to stay in this apartment again.

Large, very comfortable apartment with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The hostess is extremely delicate and kind.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

A true 5-star oasis in the city. You could sleep out on the wonderful patio, and the place would be worth it for that alone. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need, beautiful bathroom, restful bedrooms with large beds, great air conditioning. We also used the washer to do laundry as we had been traveling for many days — this was such a luxury! We enjoyed every aspect of this quiet, private place in a beautiful neighborhood near the park.
