Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Una location silenziosa, luogo ideale per un relax completo. Gode di entrata autonoma, grande parcheggio e giardino privato, completamente recintato. Se cercate pace e tranquillità, un appartamento singolo nuovo, lontano dal caos e dotato di ogni servizio, siete nel posto giusto!

Ground floor apartment 10 minutes by car from the sea, located in Piano di Conca in the municipality of Massarosa (LU), consisting of dining room, kitchen, large double bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed (plus two more beds made by a sofa bed in the living room), children’s bed on request, an indoor and an outdoor bathroom, large covered porch, very large garden equipped with some games for children and a gazebo with table and chairs, barbecue and parking space with automatic gate.

The home of the Codirosso: timeless soul in Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

Flat in Corsanico

The flat is located on a hillside among olive trees and magnolias, inside a former convent dating back to the 17th century. From the windows and the garden there is an extraordinary view of Lake Massaciuccoli, the Tyrrhenian Sea and its islands: in addition to Gorgona that is always visible, when the air is clear you can see Capraia, Elba and Corsica. An ideal place to relax, visit cities of art, go on nature excursions and, of course, go to the sea.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Surrounded by the olive trees of the Tuscan hills at an altitude of 200 metres, located 15 minutes from the sea, between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the 5 Terre, the cottage is in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. The house, on three levels, has two double bedrooms. Equipped with fast wifi connection, smart TV, microwave oven, four-burner induction hob, washing machine.

It is a house surrounded by a private garden, arranged on two floors, with the ground floor comprising entrance hall, living room, kitchen-dining room, a space with desk, and a service room; on the first floor two double bedrooms and another room with a single bed, as well as the bathroom.

La Zampetta

La Zampetta, in Lido di Camaiore, is a wooden annex with all amenities, a 5-minute bike ride from the sea. for "DOG LOVERS". In the garden and common areas you will meet the two sociable dogs of the house. Your medium-large furry friends will be welcome.
