Waterfront holiday rentals in Steuben County

We loved our weekend getaway at Waneta lake! Perfect setup for a trip with girl friends. Very nicely appointed and the studios had all amenities that were needed. The location is peaceful and quiet. The dock is beautiful and the option to rent a pontoon boat was a great feature! The host sent a packet of info prior to our check in with restaurant recommendations. The property manager was very helpful during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this spot to friends and would stay again!

Waneta 2&3 looked just like the photos. Beautiful location. I was happy that although it said differently in the listing, there was shampoo and more than 1 roll of toilet paper. I had brought these things with me and would not have packed them had I known. The units were large and very roomy. We would have loved to use the fire pit but we didn’t have enough time to get to the store to buy a fire starter kit, marshmallows and sticks. We loved the fall decorations…pumpkins were beautiful! Easy check in too!

Great place for a weekend getaway to the Finger Lakes! Very clean and modern, had everything we needed. Location had a nice view of the lake with beautiful sunsets, and was convenient to both Keuka and Seneca. Michelle was quick with responses and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Although the weather was against us so we were unable to kayak, we still had a great time going to the park inn for dinner and sitting on the dock having wine. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Thanks Joan.

Gorgeous, well-kept studio filled with cozy, luxurious feeling and modern decor, with a beautiful deck and scenic backyard and view - exactly as pictured and described. We unfortunately had horrible weather that didn’t agree with all of our plans for this trip, but the accommodations here were perfect! I also really appreciated the convenient guide they have set up that goes right on your phone like an app. Not sure if/when we’ll make it back to the area, but if we do, I’d definitely stay again.

The Inn at Waneta is wonderful. The setting is beautiful and there is so much to do in the area. If you love waterfalls and wine, the Finger Lakes is the place for you! Finally, the person that made my trip great was Cody, the Manager, who was friendly, positive and always willing to help.

We ultimately decided on Shizuka’s location due to its proximity to local vineyards. It’s very well-situated in regards to Keuka Lake. Nice sunset views over the lake and mountains. Overall very happy with our stay for 3 nights with an infant.

We had a great stay here! David was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place was beautiful and very well taken care of. The lake front location was beautiful! The photos don't do it justice. We all really enoyed sitting on the porch and the dock enjoying the spectacular views! The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hope to go back again!

I loved the books and kids books as well as the crayons and such for them to be creative :) the lake is beautiful and I enjoyed sitting at it while the kids explored. The place was very clean; the only thing I wish more places did was steam carpets and also clean comforters/duvets rather than just sheets. We would recommend putting the picnic table and grill on the first deck level to make cooking and eating outside a little more convenient. Thank you!! We enjoyed the visit.

These may have been the most amazing AirBnB hosts we've encountered. They have thought of everything and then some!!! You will want for nothing ( except maybe better weather😉). They are very quick to answer any questions concerns. Wonderful place!!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

This rental home is top shelf. It is exceptionally clean, neat and tidy, and while decorated tastefully, there is no clutter which might otherwise get damaged or interfere with people there temporarily. New carpeting (at least it looked new to us) with an exceptionally thick pad underneath. Comfortable furniture throughout this great home makes having breakfast or reading your favorite book a pleasure. Nice weather, move out onto the fantastic deck and have a seat at the outdoor table, or relax in one of the many chairs our hosts have purchased for comfort and convenience. Nice morning? Take your coffee out to the dock and plant yourself in a chair out on the end and enjoy God's creation. This home has a sturdy new dock with several places to tie up a boat. The picture of the dock in the listing shows a boat hoist, but that was not there during our visit and made tying up our pontoon boat great with the collapsable cleats on the dock. Way more to say, but no room to express it
