Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Steuben County

Perfect location for a long weekend to visit the finger lakes. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we weren’t able to hike or bike as planned, but we did visit many wineries and breweries on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The house was spacious and clean, though it did have a faint smell of dogs. We are not animal people so we probably noticed it more than others. Loved being within walking distance to Point of the Bluff and Steuben Brewing! Highly recommend both. Wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor patio and fire pit. Would return!

Absolutely Wonderful stay and the most accommodating hosts that we have ever experienced. David & Holly were responsive, super friendly and proactive. The accommodations were just what we needed for 4 people and so convenient for the concert we were attending at Point of the Bluff Winery. The place was clean, well provisioned (even the medicine cabinet was stocked with essentials!). We asked D & H about a regular coffee pot and within 30 minutes they stopped by with a wonderful Mr. Coffee Brewer. During their brief visit David asked about our plans for the weekend and shared his positive experience with the concert venue. We are happy to extend our highest recommendations for both the accommodations and for the hosts D&H! Thank you Good Folks!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was definitely a highlight, with stunning views that made our mornings extra special. We loved sipping our coffee and watching TV on our iPad from the hot tub. It was the perfect way to start the day. Thoughtful touches like provided coffee and firewood made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

There not enough words to describe how amazing this home was! First, it’s very rare to find a property on Keuka with no steps and with having our grandparents there it’s a must. They were able to walk from the car to the lake without taking one step! Next, the home EXCEEDED my expectations. Spotless, endless amenities (linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, trash bags, tp, paper towels, first aid kit), great water toys, comfy beds, the list goes on and on. Finally, the owners were VERY responsive and accommodating. My in laws were able to come last minute for a day and they responded quickly and gladly welcomed them. There was a power outage during a bad storm one evening and they kept me updated on power restoration. The next day the outage had caused the tv to log out and we ran out of propane and they were there within 10 minutes of my message fixing both issues! What amazing hosts! We will be back!

We loved this property!! Very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was so peaceful. Our hosts were responsive. We had amazing views of the lake and neighborhoods were great to run and walk in the mornings. . Restaurants were close by and little market within walking distance.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Great for large families or groups. The playscape was a great feature, the kids had a blast!

Charming, updated, comfortable and clean space with everything you need and more for a short or long stay. It’s just a short walk to village shops and restaurants and lake access and a short drive to many fabulous wineries.

Loved the space and the location. Walked into town for dinner and breakfast. Really comfy bed.s and so quiet. Hammondsport is cute and quaint. They roll up the sidewalks at night when it's dark (except a few inns/pubs) but it still has its own charm. Will definitely return.

Ulrike was very responsive to questions and the place was spacious and beautiful. The street was peaceful with spring flowers in full bloom. Walking distance from a cute coffee shop. Highly recommend!

This was a good location right on Main Street with a short walk to many restaurants and the brewery in town. It was just as described with a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Jenni was very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again when in town.

This was the perfect place for us. We are from the area and came home(from NC) for a wedding, so we knew right where it was. It’s in walking distance to Market St in Corning if you wish to walk there, enjoy the pubs and restaurants and walk back to your temporary residence. It’s really close enough to walk to Corning Museum of Glass if you want. If you’re going to be in the area for races at Watkins Glen International Raceway, or explore the wineries of the Finger Lakes,this place will suit you just fine. So much to do and see in the area. For us, it was close to family. (Just a few blocks away) This place is truly cozy and has all the amenities you need. If you’d rather cook for yourself than go out to eat, there is a grocery store less than a mile up the street. We will definitely use again. A very comfortable little place.
