Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We were very warmly welcomed to the accommodation. The cottage has a distinctive charm. The huge trees immediately brought peace and relaxation. We would love to come back.

We were very pleased. Roland is a very attentive host and took good care of us. Many little things that increase comfort were thought of, the kitchen is well equipped with many little things, even fresh ground coffee was in the cupboard.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Theresa's in Pfronten! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – ideal for our stay with children. Theresa is a warm and helpful hostess who provided us with great tips about the area. The location is great: quiet, but still central, with a beautiful view of the mountains and many excursion options nearby. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Upon arrival, everything was tiptop and inviting, from the mowed meadow in the beautiful garden to the very well-equipped house. Ms. Linder welcomed us very kindly and guided us through the house. The beds are very good, everyone slept well without exception. Nothing is missing in the kitchen - the cake that awaited us there was very delicious, thank you! Toilets and showers are new and spacious, with underfloor heating. The bedrooms each have doors to the rooms next door, but not much could be heard from there. We were here with children and grandchildren (between 10 months and 10 years), 16 people in total, and unanimously decided to rent here again next year if possible.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome package for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely top for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

We were already thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first of the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and the lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a bit louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the equipment features, which unfortunately was not available. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for this, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

Claudia is a friendly, courteous hostess. The well-equipped apartment with a fenced garden is also great with a dog. We were very pleased.

Great apartment in a very good location with beautiful views of the mountains. Good is the connection to the aparthotel with swimming pool, indoor playground, ordering service for rolls and food. Very nice hostess.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and cozy house, 30min car drive from füssen, the surrounding is very beautiful and peaceful with greens and cow. I was travelling with a baby, it’s wonderful that Veronica provided baby cot and baby chair, and even books and toys for baby to play with (had some peaceful time while baby focusing on the toys 🤣). Coffee and tea provided, kitchen tools are complete and we love that there’s dishwasher! We also love that there is washing machine, but no detergent, advice to bring own detergent because shops closed at 8pm in Germany 😅. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

The best Christmas getaway! The location was great and Richard and Veronika were welcoming but let us have our own space. They helped advise on dog related matters such as a local vet and where to get dog food. When the snow came, Richard cleared the driveway and pavement and he also gave a great recommendation for a restaurant on the first evening. The area is beautiful and with the snow it was magical. Would definitely recommend.

I was with my sister and my mom for four nights in the apartment and we were all thrilled! The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing missing. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Communication with Waltraud was friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. Highly recommend.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We had lovely days at the property. The oven was a highlight. We had everything we needed. Our excursion destinations were easily accessible in 30 - 45 minutes.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

A very good starting point for sightseeing and hiking away from the hustle and bustle of large tourist resorts. Beautiful view from the balcony and very quiet picturesque area. The apartment is very well equipped with all the most necessary items. Very good and fast communication with the owner. A family stay with a dog and children was very successful and we recommend the host and his apartment with all our heart.

We had a wonderful week in the cozy rooms. Everything is there that is needed.... for cooking, wood for the stove.... The hosts are so touching whether everything really fits, perfect 👍
