Spacious, beautiful and quiet apartment

Beautiful new quiet apartment in a single-family home district, on the outskirts of Arbon, very quiet. Parking spot outside the house. The lake can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. Bus stop in 5 minutes. That's how you get to St. Gallen with its beautiful old town. Arbon also has a beautiful old town, through which we are happy to guide you personally, with historical explanations on request. Or a boat trip on Lake Constance to the beautiful flower island of Mainau is recommended.

Sehr schöne bis ins Detail liebevoll gebaute und sehr komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung hoch über dem Rorschacher Hafen. Weiter Blick über den See und zu den Alpen. In der Wohnung findest Du eine super Küche mit allem was man sich wünscht. Ein schönes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung MOST INDIA FLAT hatte ihren Namen der Region zu verdanken, es gibt weit mehr Apfelbäume als Einwohner. 450 Bäume sind es auf dem Haselbachhof dazu kommen 40 Milchkühe, 10 Angus Mutterkühe, 10 Pferde ein paar Schafe und Hunde. Meine Freundin und ich lieben Reisen und neue Freundschaften zu schliessen, darum wollen wir Leuten von überall her, die Möglichkeit bieten auf unserem Biohof zu wohnen. Wir sind sehr aufgeschlossen und lernen gerne neue Personen kennen.

My accommodation is located in the old town of Arbon. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building without elevator. In the lower part of the house there is a shop. Lake Constance with its parks is about 100 meters away. St. Gallen with its beautiful old town is worth a visit. The nearby Appenzellerland invites you to hikes. The islands of Mainau, Konstanz, Lindau, Bregenz and Friederichshafen are easily accessible by boat or train.

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. I really enjoyed my stay with Johannes and his family. he and his wife are so kind. I was invited to eat with them, Johannes explored the city with me (and once with his children) and the family and I visited the community garden. He knows a lot about the city and will tell you so much, basically I got an exclusive city tour. it's not the typical sperated Airbnb where you barely see the host, you will have a room in a flat. I prefer that kind of traveling (specially with hosts like them). Communication is super easy, Johannes is very responsive.

My stay with Pia was very pleasant! The apartment is amazing, exactly as described and showed in the photos; very clean, with lots of natural light and organized. The location was also great, there are supermarkets at walking distance, a football field and a forest! Also, as a student, having a bus stop right in front of the building helped a lot to get at the university on time. In addition to that, Pia was absolutely a great host, she was always very responsive, polite and easy to contact. Gave me some tips about traveling and always helped me when needed! Not only that, but she showed and cooked some Swiss dishes with me, and helped me to improve my German! Definitely recommend staying there, I would certainly come back.

Barbara is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and even helped carry our bikes inside. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. This was the best accommodation on our entire trip around Lake Constance!
