Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Karin and Douwe are very accommodating hosts. They let us store our luggages in his home before and after checkin and checkout time. They are very responsive and always replied our messages immediately! The unit is in a quiet and convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the central station, about 30 minutes walk to museum district. The unit is very spacious too!

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

Karin was a great communicator all the way through our booking. Through no fault of our hosts, we were unable to make this vacation but wanted to leave a review on how well the communication worked and all the directions etc. I’m sure if we had been able to make it to Amsterdam the stay would have been lovely.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

The space is amazing with natural sunlight coming into the living room area. It is definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen has all the basics that are necessary for basic meals.

I enjoyed my stay in Muiderberg. I needed a convenient place to stay for one night in between moving house and this apartment was the perfect solution. The host was very flexible with the check-in time and even let me park a large van in her driveway. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and had a nice atmosphere. It's actually much nicer than the photos used on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay nearby Amsterdam or to someone who wants some days away in a cute dutch town.

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst,but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

Mattie’s place is the best in Amsterdam. Clean, cozy, conveniently located and very charming. She gave great recommendations and advice. I can’t thank her enough. She also sent back a necklace I forgot

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. Thank you for everything, Saskia and Flip.

After a long day in Amsterdam, we enjoyed the peace and quiet in Broek in Waterland at Haico. The house is cozy and offers everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a clean shower and a well-equipped kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and make small meals such as pasta or sandwiches in the evening. The location is ideal for getting to Amsterdam quickly, and the bus connection is very good.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Jessica and her partner were very proactive and we were greeted the minute we parked the car. They live right next door. The apartment was immaculate and the views are stunning. Also good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

We really like the accommodation for its location in relation to the country's landmarks. The hosts always very friendly and super quick to respond to messages. Although the room is inside their house we never lacked privacy and we had everything we needed inside the room :)
