Gerda met us in person for our 4 day stay and explained how everything worked, laundry, etc. The place was immaculate and thoughtfully supplied. The beds were vey comfortable, towels and bath supplies plentiful. The apartment is on the third floor of a several hundred year old building, with great views of the historic city from the huge terrace. The historic character was evident in the steep staircase that requires careful navigation, but the spaces are all wonderfully up to date. The location couldn’t be better; many restaurants right there, an Albert Heyn a few minute’s walk and the frequently opening drawbridge right out front.

We loved our stay at Thomas's place. The caravan is spacious and equipped with every comfort. The terrace was also very complete in terms of furniture with both sun and shade. However, we were bothered by mosquitoes so we definitely recommend bringing a mosquito spray.

Wonderful place! Very spacious garden. Cozy house. Beautiful between the horses and trees. Deliciously those bird sounds. Super friendly host. Highly recommended!

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

We visited this beautiful place and we were absolutely thrilled. In the middle of nature with a view of the alpacas, we were able to absolutely enjoy our time there. Many thanks to Bert and Erna. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lammert and Corina’s fabulous accommodation. It was so peaceful, private and with clear and open views from the property. Lammert and Corina are really friendly and helpful and their advice on things to do and see in Friesland helped us to make the most of our stay. If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a beautiful environment, I can recommend this front house of Jettie and Matthijs. The cottage offers you privacy and every comfort (including washing machine, TV, microwave Nespresso machine). I have enjoyed it!!

Great B&B. We were welcomed by Judith after arrival. Everything looked neatly taken care of. Good bed. Very nice shower. Great breakfasts every day. Also nice seating in the garden and on the water. Good tips recommended by the hostess, including my fave: Schokland including museum. Wonderfully cycled in the area, including the Tulip route. And enjoyed my "guilty pleasures" every day: coffee with chocolate… Top! 👍

We were there for 4 days . The reception was great . Very friendly hostess and host who is happy to tell you what to do nearby. The lodge was super cozy and beautifully decorated ! Everything is available . Here you can really relax . In short, highly recommended !!!!! ps: the breakfast with freshly baked bread is a winner.

Delightfully quiet airb&b Upon arrival, Roland immediately received and guided us around, showing us his beautiful residence and the rest (horses and stables). Had a wonderful 3 days with beautiful views of the meadows and horses. If you come for your rest, you will be carved here. Also a beautiful area for hiking or cycling. You can be in Dedemsvaart in no time for shopping, eating out or renting bicycles (bicycles were brought to our accommodation, what a service...). In short, we had a wonderful stay with Ronald and Maaike

The property is part of Mariska's house with its own access and private porch and shed. In the attic is the large double bed with two comfortable mattresses and a large blanket. In the ground floor area there is a kitchenette, a small sofa, a table for 2 people and a bathroom with shower. Everything is clean. Since it can get warm under the roof in summer, a powerful fan is also available. Mosquito lamps are available. But in this water-rich region it is better to bring something yourself. Parking, canal and supermarket are close by. Mariska's veranda on the canal may be used. There are two electric boats available, which can also be rented without a boating license. Captain Rob gives an instruction and a plan with all the canals and lakes that you can drive on. In addition, you should use Google Maps. With the small boat you can navigate narrow reed channels and cross low bridges. Amazing adventure! Best day!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Henny is a very friendly hostess and we immediately felt very comfortable. You can reach the small town of Urk very quickly and you are in about an hour with the Car in Amsterdam We can only recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back

Johannes treated us well. He was very friendly. He offered us to have tea and desserts at his home even though we arrived so late at 8.30 pm already. The best host we met so far on airbnb.
