Wanneperveen is a typical ribbon village that belongs to the municipality of Steenwijkerland. It is a water-rich area, and with the beautiful nature there are also many hiking & cycling possibilities. Within 15 minutes of cycling you are in Giethoorn, and with 20 minutes of cycling you are in the cozy town of Meppel.

Dwingeloo in Drenthe is also just around the corner with beautiful forests and hiking/biking trails.

Studio Thoes

Studio Thoes (Drents voor “thuis”) is volledig gerenoveerd. Het gebouw waar de studio zich in bevindt is gebouwd in 1936 en was vroeger een kruidenierswinkel. Na deze periode was op deze locatie een bruin café en snackbar gevestigd. In 1996 is het opgesplitst in diverse appartementen. De authentieke sfeer aan de buitenzijde is zoveel mogelijk bewaard gebleven, waardoor de studio een unieke en knusse uitstraling heeft. Reserveer nu uw verblijf en ervaar Meppel op zijn mooist!
