The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Then my apartment is just right - it is located in the middle of nature (1.2 km to the town center) with a stream right outside the door! The cross-country ski trail in winter is only two-three turns away. Everything else can be easily reached by bus - bus stop about 200 m away.

The 400-year-old house, which was originally used for the production of dairy products, has been extensively renovated, resulting in an oasis of modern comfort and rustic cosiness.
