Absolutely beautiful and wonderful view.

The apartment is excellent, with a beautiful view and very well located. Close to excellent bakeries, bars and markets. All within a few meters. The environment gave us a feeling of security and confidence, which made us even more comfortable. The clean and very well equipped apartment. Also, the strongest point of our stay was Pedro's flexibility in checking in at 9am. Given that we landed very early that morning. Great. Special thanks to the hosts.

When I return to Rio for sure, I will try to stay again at Ana Paula's place. Great location, very good communication and very helpful. I loved it!

My stay was great. The apartment has an excellent location, close to Copa and Ipanema. Lots of commerce around and near the subway. The apto corresponds with the photos and has what is necessary for short seasons. Ronald was also very attentive.

Great spot in Ipanema and everything feels to be in a walkable distance!

Guys!!! The location is practically on the beach, my boyfriend and I feel very safe, as soon as you arrive at the door the doorman opens it. Regarding the accommodation, they treated us as a couple, the only thing I missed was a water filter. But there is a nearby market and a distributor in front of the building.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the rooftop were awesome. Nat was lovely and very helpful. Not far from Ipanema and the beach. Would definitely stay here again

What a view. This place has a really special location overlooking the region. And it’s a comfortable loft. The hosts were also responsive. My feedback is that, for the price, it’d be nice to have some basic stuff, like soap and shampoo. And there are mosquitos so bring repellent.

Comfortable environment with easy and quick access to all kinds of services (supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and public transport - subway and VLT). The space is like the description, well-equipped, all very clean, well cleaned bed and bath linens, wonderful shower! Very well located close to the beach, restaurants market pharmacy, great for walking, the apt has items such as coffee powder, salt , shampoo and cond. What is a differential, Julia is great in commotion and practices in the institutions, staff of the very polite building, I loved it all ! The view from the balcony is lindaaaa 🥰

I really liked the apartment, very well equipped with everything I needed, Smart TV, refrigerator, oven, stove, blender, toaster, Airfryer, full kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, amazingly there was even a washing machine and dryer kkkk not to mention the hot tub. Everything is very clean and organized! Congratulations 👏👏👏

The apartment was exactly as described by Vilson in the ad. It is very close to the Church of Santo Antônio and the Alto fair, where we find very good restaurants (some even recommended by Vilson). The apartment is quiet, sunny. I stayed there on a weekend with temperatures of 8º/9ºC and it was super cozy. I recommend it and I will return!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Gayatri's apartment. As someone whose been to Rio a few times, it was perfect to just stay here alone and be able to take in the local vibe in the context of the Catete neighborhood. Conveniently located by the metro and also a not-too-far of a walk from downtown, it's a great neighborhood for those looking to stay in the mix without having their experience overwhelmed by tourists. In addition to Gayatri's place being the perfect size for a solo traveler like me (and having everything I needed!), Gayatri also went above and beyond to meet the needs of my arrival and departure times...something she did not have to do! She is also a wonderful person to talk to :)

Everything went well, clean, fragrant apartment, ideal space, perfectly met, great location. But it is worth mentioning how much D. Dionê is kind, polite and helpful. While I was there, there were three doormen, and all of them were very friendly and polite. Surely, at the next time, I'll be back. My thanks and my hugs to this wonderful person, D. Dionê.

The apartment is very well located, in a nice and safe area, ideal for walking or public transport. Although it is small, it is very comfortable and is very well used. It has everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay, and is well equipped. I would come back!

excellent location, super tidy loft, well arranged, quiet and with a quiet neighborhood. to enter and exit with peace of mind and a lot of technology. near the north gate of UFJF, pharmacy, restaurant, stationery. I will definitely stay again when I return to Juiz de Fora. I definitely recommend it. Genilson is very attentive and polite, and responds quickly to questions.

Everything was excellent! Thiago was super nice and helped us with everything we needed. He gave us clear directions to get there and move around the area, as well as a flexible check-in and check-out, and always responded quickly when we wrote to him. The place is as it appears in the photos, very comfortable and clean, it also has several appliances that make the stay more enjoyable, as well as very useful tupperware. We had a great time, I would definitely recommend it and come back! And also a special greeting to Malhado who gave us his company during the stay.

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

I love staying in Henrique’s apartment! The doorman was so nice and the place was clean, walkable and with a lot of fun nearby. for sure I will come back
