excellent location, one block from the beach and many nearby establishments

My family and I loved the place, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, I found it large and spacious with 2 bathrooms, I found this very good, very comfortable beds and pillows for sleeping and bath towels available too, all appliances working, excellent location, we didn't use the car for anything, it has everything nearby, pharmacy, markets etc. Even without Andressa being there and the building being without a doorman, it was very easy to check in and check out with just Andressa's instructions, I recommend the apartment to everyone.

First, I ask permission to use this term, but Mrs. Rosa was like a MOTHER to me. 💝 A true gift that Rio gave me. Regarding accommodation, 5 stars in everything. Very clean, organized, she thinks of the smallest details to make us feel good and comfortable. Regarding the location, it is extremely close to everything, going down from the apartment, you have a range of shops in the palm of your hands. Now, in relation to Mrs. Rosa... ah, there are no words to describe this hostess. I learned about life from her experience and from the good exchanges / conversations we had. I could see her care for me in every detail. I wish people could have the experience of having a “Mrs. Rosa” as a host, lol Thank you for this amazing stay, for your generosity, for your good heart and for being such a great host, you literally made me feel at home ♥️ Gratitude 🙏

It is an excellent option to stay in Rio. In Leblon, the best area full of restaurants and very close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities and is very practical for getting in and out. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit noisy, otherwise it's perfect!

What can I say? Everything was perfect, wonderful space, communicative, flexible host, a lovely person. Whenever I can, I'll be back, and for those of you who want to go to Arraial do Cabo, this is the apartment to rent! I simply loved everything!!!

Amazing stay! Clean, spacious and with lots of things to do around.

Everything as described, we really liked the studio, I only had problems with the wifi, but I was attended to promptly and they found a solution that worked for me.

Starting with the very kind host, he responded to all messages quickly, about the very clean environment, bed linen and towels etc... everything very well sanitized and with a very good smell, quiet place, I felt at home, I will definitely return other times.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos and all the rooms offer a view of the Christ. Everything was clean and organized. The location is good, a few minutes' drive from Maracanã and relatively close to the subway. The host was attentive and responded immediately.

Our accommodation with Estadia Carioca was excellent! The team was always willing to respond quickly and help. We had a small problem with the cleaning of the apartment, which, being very close to the beach, had sand, but Estadia Carioca promptly made a person available to leave everything impeccable! We really like the apartment. We found it decorated with very good taste! We'll definitely be back soon! :)

Barbara and her co-host were very communicative and helpful with any hiccups along the way during our stay! We appreciate it so much, would certainly recommend this space and hope for another stay again! :)

This is a great place to stay while on vacation in Rio! The location doesn’t get any better! The apartment is right in between two of the most popular beaches in Rio with some of the most scenic surrounding. Soooooo many things to do walking distance from here. The metro is also close by and felt safe to get to other tourist attractions and Ubers were always close by so no long waits! The apartment looks like the photos and had great amenities. I particularly loved that they included a water filter!! Alessandra was a super awesome host and the front desk employees were always incredible with anything I needed! The only drawbacks to know is the key card can be tricky sometimes as it occasionally deactivates. Also the WiFi wasn’t very good so not really possible to stream or take video calls if you’re working.

Great place! Clean bathroom, hot shower, very complete kitchen and the hosts are very sweet, thank you very much. For those looking for a quiet place with more privacy, this is the place!! As the place is a little further away from the city, it is important to have a car/rent a car to get around the city. The square of the sigh is close by. We loved the trip, thank you so much!

Great place, close to Riocentro, with a market structure and restaurant/cafeteria/bakery on the ground floor. It still has a great balcony, facing a very beautiful green area. In addition, Jacqueline was always willing to help and answer questions, excellent host. I would definitely stay again!
