We are very grateful to Fernanda, she was very attentive to everything, even coming from Argentina by car. Always attentive and helpful. The spectacular place, I regret having stayed only two days. I hope to come back some day!

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

This is the third time I have stayed at this accommodation, and that alone shows that it has met my expectations.

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and cozy property. It has a clothes dryer. Entrance to São Lourenço park on the corner, plus a huge swing in a tree in front of the house. Space to store two passenger cars. I highly recommend it! We had three children and we all enjoyed the place a lot.

The apartment is very functional and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded fast to our queries. The check-in process was also easy. Location is good as it's between the centre and Batel, and not too far from the bus station. The view from the small balcony is also nice. If we ever return to Curitiba, we would stay again.

Our stay was extremely lovely. Marli was attentive and quick to answer all my questions. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the flexibility they had regarding check-in and check-out. In addition, the building is super safe and well located, close to bakeries, restaurants and the bus station. It is also worth saying that the view from the apartment is beautiful! Had an amazing stay at Lettice's place. it was very spacious, everyone was about to have their own bathroom. All the furniture was in top condition. She's a very responsive host and even gave recommendations on places to eat. I definitely recommend letting her arrange travel with her father. He was super punctual getting us to different sites and the airport. Plus as an official tour vehicle, we were able to get closer parking at several places.

I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. It was very clean, quiet, organized and had everything i needed. The amenities of the building were one of the best i have stayed at. The gym, the pool, meeting rooms, market shop were great! Maria was also very quick to respond to any questions i had and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend her place to anyone who needs a comfortable home-like stay in Curitiba.

Excellent apartment and great location. Would stay again. Blackout shades, smart TV, everything you could want in the kitchen (except a drip coffee maker), washer/dryer, comfortable couch, plenty of lighting, and a large off-street parking spot. The only cons are that the internet/wi-fi speed could have been better, but it did everything we needed it to) and that you have to download an app to access the building (and registering your face with the app is all but required as using the QR code option never worked for me).
