No doubt André provides impeccable service. I stayed for 1 month in the apartment, I was extremely well served, the staff of the reception of the building are very helpful. The apartment is very organized, cozy and the host has made all the difference in attention and service so that this is the best choice of accommodation!

The stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, with impeccable bedrooms and bathroom, and all very clean. The location could not be better: next to several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Also, Host Sandra was incredibly helpful and flexible, allowing an early check-in when my flight arrived well ahead of schedule. This made my life much easier, since I needed to bring work materials. This all made my experience more enjoyable and light. I highly recommend!

Amazing host at a really nice place. Very friendly and always helpful and responsive. The apartment is very cozy and well decorated. Comfortable furnitures and has everything you need. A small fridge, a stovetop, TV and nice little bathroom. The bed on the loft is very comfortable and the AC works great, even though it can be a bit slow at times to start. Use jetmode! Overall a great place at a nice location close to carrefour and shopping barigui. Local recommendation is to visit Mestre Cervejeiro for the churrasco americano after 17:30. It's worth your stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Everything was organized, even though the house was under renovation, it was peaceful, I believe the listing could have more photos of the outdoor area. The place seems a little dangerous, but everything is very quiet. The host was extremely quick to answer all questions and very proactive.

I went with my family of 7 to Andréa's house in Pardinho and I highly recommend it! The host was extremely helpful and polite from the time of booking. When we arrived at the house, Andréa kept in touch by messages whenever necessary and helped us with everything we needed, even if it was during the New Year's period. As it was very hot during our stay, we decided to turn off the pool heater for a few hours and Andréa instructed us very clearly and politely, which made us feel even more comfortable in her home. The house is extremely clean, organized and airy… some of the details that made the difference in the stay were: the heated pool, the screens on the windows, the air-conditioners and the new and well-kept kitchen utensils. Other highlights are the security of the condominium, the very well-stocked market inside it, as well as the outdoor areas for cycling and walking. We thank Andrea and highly recommend it!

Irineu's house is much better than what we see in the photos, extremely quiet place, Irineu and his wife catered to us very well, made us super comfortable for everything! We arrived before the check in time and let us in, huge space, extremely clean and safe!! The kitchen utensils had all needed!! Anyway, super recommend and I'll come back many more times!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space for 7 adults and very homey feel. Loved the art and the pool was a huge plus! Spent evenings playing cards in the outdoor kitchen. Lovely stay and Joseane was SO helpful with flexible check out and all kinds of local recommendations. Great location if you’re planning a trip to the falls.

The hosts are very attentive, they always respond quickly! My only suggestion is to have a frying pan and pressure cooker, it is quite necessary for those who will spend long periods.

Simone responds to messages quickly and always worried about the host. The place is close to the Ponta Grossa lake and has a parking space to park the car.

The stay was very good overall. The place was exactly as described, well organized and clean. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the period. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Excellent studio, very complete, great for short stays, the balcony has a beautiful view! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect!
