Waterfront holiday rentals in Paraná

An excellent place for those who own and have a house under construction; place next to the Yacht club, easy access, beautiful view of the balcony and the living room. I highly recommend.

This was a really amazing experience. The view and the sound of the sea are the highlights of the place. The apartment is well organized and the kitchen is well equipped. We went in a low season, so the building and the beach were very quiet. Communication with the host was very smooth and agile as well. The internet works very well in the work and meeting room. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment was just like the photos, all clean and well equipped. Close to bus and taxi stops, which make it much easier to travel not only through Brazil, but Paraguay and Argentina as well! Thank you for everything!

Excellent location, close to the beach and main avenue of Guaratuba, great place for morning walks, the apartment has a sea view and a good balcony to relax, comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Mauro’s place is very well located- across from an upscale mall and nearby to several parks. It’s in walking distance of the city center, very near half a dozen bus stops. The kitchen was well equipped, washer/dryer (so important when you are traveling!). The security for the building is excellent. Mauro was both a responsive and helpful host. He has been very generously helping us recover some items we left behind. I can’t say how grateful we are.

The stay was very good, located in front of the sea, comfortable, we felt at home!

We were greeted by Osmar, who was very helpful and friendly, showed us the accommodations and made himself available to help with anything. Tatiana responded quickly to all questions and requests. We felt at home in the space, very cozy, bright, great energy in the place. Neighborhood very calm and quiet. We will definitely return at another time.

I only stayed one day with my girlfriend at the Maritaca chalet, unfortunately, because the space is super comfortable, relaxing, cozy, quiet, clean, with space for hiking, heated whirlpool and with all the household utensils to get by with food.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful yard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

The house is wonderful, we feel very welcome. The river passes right in front of the bottom area, giving an incredible view of the river. The house and especially the kitchen are well equipped. I want to go back more often. These three nights were well worth it.

I loved the time we spent at the farm! A super quiet, cozy, easily accessible place. Great for relaxing! It's close to the city, which doesn't make it difficult at all, and it still has the privilege of being a quiet place without noise. Janaína and Ricardo were great hosts, super polite, attentive! It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend it.

I had my bachelorette party at Valéria's house and it was just amazing. She and Nilceia have been super welcome from the beginning with our doubts and requests. The place is amazing, beautiful, the house is very large and well organized. The landscape of the house, the sunset, impeccable. Nilceia cleaned the house and prepared wonderful meals for us. I recommend it too much and I hope to come back more often to enjoy this wonderful place.

Since first contact Antonio polite and very helpful. apto is a graca, there is everything , well.completo and the condominium tbem is great. we love the experience and will be back for sure.

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and intend to return.

The Hosts were kind and thoughtful. The Location of the apartment is excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The Condominium is safe and has several areas for leisure. Great place to go with your family.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

We were greeted by Wagner even with the late arrival, with great cordiality and promptness. The accommodation is comfortable and well located, with everything working perfectly. The only setback was with the electronic tower exit device, which required contact with the concierge for clearance - something that is due to the condominium system, not the host. Wagner also provided detailed information about leisure spaces, gave tips on places to visit and food options. We recommend the accommodation for the attention and quality of the space offered. Overall, the experience was quite positive and pleasant. We will certainly revisit the place.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.
