César is extremely kind and helpful. It was flexible and accurate in its information. It gave us many guidelines and tips, about what to do and know in the region, tours, where to eat, etc. Its place is very cosy and of a magnificent energy, it has a wonderful view of the bay and the mountains. The dolphins have gifted us with their visit every day. The region is beautiful to live (it is worth saying that the city is very quiet) we can't get to know what we wanted, but we'll be back very soon. Anyway, we love our days on site! Gratitude Caesar!

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

We went with 11 people, there was room for everyone. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is large, the living room is spacious and comfortable. That’s the perfect place for a holiday break! Very close to the beach, the house is cozy, spotless, and has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a lovely barbecue and pool area. Kids, adults, and even our pet had a wonderful time here. Jade, the hostess, was always respectful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Sending good vibes and all our gratitude to Jade and her family!

A great stay! I was very satisfied! The loft is brand new, compact, comfortable and functional. Ideal for couples or a pair of friends. The host has absolutely EVERYTHING you might need. Various bed linens, bath linens, cleaning products, lots of kitchen utensils, a full laundry in the back, with a tank, washing machine, even a cooler, for those who want to go to the beach. Capsule coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, blender… Really a very complete accommodation! Communication with the host is easy, she responds quickly and is always willing to help with anything you need. Both check-in and check-out were super easy and quick. It is close to the lagoon and there are bakeries, markets, convenience stores, butcher shop, pharmacy, petshop, etc. in the vicinity. I will certainly return to this accommodation on future trips to Barra Velha.

Fernão is a great person who I had the pleasure of meeting on the beach. Very calm, gave several tips about the place before we went and was super helpful when I needed it. I highly recommend this place!

Located in a great spot in Novas Brasília, close to all the beaches in the region, restaurants for lunch, snacks and even inns in case you want to have breakfast out. There were clean towels and linens. I went with my family and we would stay at the house again. The location with tranquility/privacy and a few meters from the beach was a very positive point for us.
