Holiday rentals with a sauna in State of Paraíba

The appartment is amazing, well structured, comfortable, all very clean. Well located, restaurants and sights nearby, and the most amazing, from inside the apartment to see the sea ( balcony and the two bedrooms), in one of the rooms, lying on the bed overlooking the sea, brings tranquility and a peaceful, wonderful view. Raphael super friendly and attentive. Amei being staying in this apartment!

Full, clean and very nice apartment. The kitchen and rooms have everything we need for a comfortable stay. The condominium is very beautiful, well organized, with an excellent swimming pool. Great place to rest up and enjoy the beach of Maria Farinha! Diogo and Regina always serving with a lot of promptness and education. I will certainly be back.

We stayed at Emmanuel’s place with our two kids (4 months old and 3 years old) and it was delightful. Building There’s plenty to do at the building itself. We used mostly the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as the kids swimming pool, where the water slide was a hit. The place doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants just a stroll away serving the freshest seafood. Apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed: from kitchen appliances and cutlery to fresh towels and linens. What surprised us the most was the warm water in the shower - a rare find in João Pessoa. Also, if you have kids: the balcony has a safety net 👍🏼 Area The area is best discovered with a car. Public transport isn’t either reliable or safe - not specific to this area. There are a few attractions around, but the area is best for those looking for tranquil beach holidays - I don’t know what it is like in the Summer though.

Clean, organized and with a great view of Recife!

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well attended to and we did not miss anything.

We want to thank Diego for his stay and agility in helping us. We really liked the apartment, the location was the highlight of our trip and the host was very helpful to us. If we were to return to João Pessoa, we would most likely stay in the same apartment. It is a practical place and served us perfectly for a stay of almost a week, as it has some items not mentioned, but essential for us, such as a clothesline to dry beach clothes and a broom. We can see that there was care in setting up the apartment in the details, since the city has an immense offer of apartments that are from investors who have not even entered their properties to see what is missing. And in the vast majority, many basic items are missing, making it impossible to stay comfortably for more than 3 days. We felt at home. Thanks a lot!

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place, impeccable backyard landscaping, wonderful pool, cinema view, quiet and safe beach. The homemade Ironildo is extremely helpful and polite. We had the privilege of relying on Sandra to help us with the kitchen, which was great too. The house is old but completely functional. Airy, with working air conditioning and everything for a very comfortable stay. In addition to the pool, there is also a canvas slide with a water pump that the children loved. We drink coconut water from the backyard, eat jambo from the backyard and take advantage of the outside area for coexistence and meals.

Great cottage, quiet, pleasant climate. Perfect for quiet family days. Elvira is an attentive and helpful host, super recommend. The house was clean and organized at check-in. Space in gated condominium, feeling of security, contact with nature. Without doubt we want to come back more often.
