Tiny house holiday rentals in State of Mexico

The three of us had a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We learned to cook some of the local cuisine. Enjoyed floating in the pools and stream, massages, walks in the forest, sustainable architecture with bamboo and thatched roofs. The compound is astonishingly beautiful in its natural beauty. We can't say enough about the hospitality of the host and her cooking and knowledge. The peacocks were particularly enjoyable to watch, we never minded their calls. We also found the steps a good daily exercise for us. It was a perfect stay for us who enjoy nature and the sustainable ways in which we engage with it. We also visited the nearby villages and city of Cuernavaca and the archeological site of Xochicalco, which we loved.

La casa está muy bonita para descansar y pasarla en familia, la alberca siempre estuvo con agua calientita, y alrededor del conjunto habitacional queda queda todo cerca para comprar víveres. Gaby estuvo súper atenta y fue muy amable.

Cristina's place is a little oasis amongst the bustle of little Tepo. It is secluded and further away from the square, but easy to access and get to. We visited for a friend's wedding and loved the fact that we could return to a place that was far from the chaos. The house is as described and pictured, clean, and easily accessible. The property is well taken care of and Abu, the resident doggo, is a bonus :) We'd definitely stay at Cristina's again. Thank you for the hospitality.

This place had everything we needed for my family’s first visit to Mexico City. Stacey answered every question and even arranged a driver for us. The amenities were great and everything made us feel at home. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

It was an incredible experience and was everything that was promised and more. Hector and his family are the kindest and most welcoming people. Me and my fiancée both really enjoyed our stay at his place and will be definitely coming back soon

Séjour paradisiaque chez Luis, dans cette maison perchée sur le Monte Alto. J’ai rarement eu l’occasion de loger dans un endroit si beau et paisible. Quand il fait beau, les rayons du soleil donnent une allure de film à cette maison. Et quand il pleut, le bruit des gouttes sur les grandes baies vitrées vous mettent dans un état de relaxation inégalable. Entouré de spots de randonnée, cet Airbnb est fait pour les amoureux de la nature et des choses authentiques. Luis est par ailleurs très agréable et très arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. Toujours très réactif. Cet endroit fait désormais partie de mes endroits préférés sur Terre.

Me gustó todo, sólo me quedé una noche y fue increíble. En la noche baja bastante la temperatura pero hay suficientes cobijas para eso. Leonardo es una gran persona, siempre estuvo al pendiente y aclaró todas las dudas.

Increíble trato por parte de Emilio más que una renta sentimos que llegamos a casa denuncia amigo todo muy bien, sin lugar a dudas merece la pena visitar esta casa, ya que todo lo que hay que ver en esta bonita región de Valle / Avandaro está muy cerca

Está cabaña es sumamente cómoda para 2 adultos. el espacio está bien aprovechado y no te sientes encerrado. La zona tiene un lago prácticamente privado y mucha tranquilidad, poder hacer fogatas y tener el carro en un lugar seguro. Muy recomendado!

Una gran estancia, un gran lugar y perfecto para descansar

I’d rate my stay a 4.3/5, compared to other 5-star Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The listing is as advertised—open layout, great natural light, and a beautiful terrace with solid views and well-kept plants. The bed was comfortable, with essential kitchen amenities and the outdoor space was a big plus. House rules were easy to follow. The location has nice local markets, coffee shops, and breakfast spots nearby. You’ll likely need to use Didi/Uber (50–150 MXN) to get around, but it’s not far from the airport. The hosts communicated well when I had a question. That said, two things affected my stay: there was a very loud party next door until 5 AM, and the hot water didn’t work during my time there. I believe these were unfortunate timing issues, not standard for this place. Overall, it's a well-designed stay with great potential. If those issues hadn’t come up, this easily could’ve been a 5-star experience.
