Tiny house holiday rentals in State of Mexico

The three of us had a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We learned to cook some of the local cuisine. Enjoyed floating in the pools and stream, massages, walks in the forest, sustainable architecture with bamboo and thatched roofs. The compound is astonishingly beautiful in its natural beauty. We can't say enough about the hospitality of the host and her cooking and knowledge. The peacocks were particularly enjoyable to watch, we never minded their calls. We also found the steps a good daily exercise for us. It was a perfect stay for us who enjoy nature and the sustainable ways in which we engage with it. We also visited the nearby villages and city of Cuernavaca and the archeological site of Xochicalco, which we loved.

The house is very nice to rest and spend it as a family, the pool was always with warm water, and everything is close to buying food around the house. Gaby was super attentive and very kind.

Cristina's place is a little oasis amongst the bustle of little Tepo. It is secluded and further away from the square, but easy to access and get to. We visited for a friend's wedding and loved the fact that we could return to a place that was far from the chaos. The house is as described and pictured, clean, and easily accessible. The property is well taken care of and Abu, the resident doggo, is a bonus :) We'd definitely stay at Cristina's again. Thank you for the hospitality.

This place had everything we needed for my family’s first visit to Mexico City. Stacey answered every question and even arranged a driver for us. The amenities were great and everything made us feel at home. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Heavenly stay at Luis's, in this house perched on Monte Alto. I have rarely had the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful and peaceful place. When the weather is nice, the sun's rays give this house a film-like look. And when it rains, the sound of the drops on the large bay windows puts you in a state of unparalleled relaxation. Surrounded by hiking spots, this Airbnb is made for lovers of nature and authentic things. Luis is also very pleasant and very accommodating with the arrival and departure time. Always very responsive. This place is now one of my favorite places on Earth.

I liked everything, I only stayed one night and it was amazing. At night the temperature drops quite low but there are enough blankets for that. Leonardo is a great person, he was always attentive and clarified all doubts.

Loved it. We stayed in the quarters in the heights (glamping) and this is beautiful. You can see the stars at night. Everything is very clean and comfortable. It has a private bathroom even though it's not in the same room but it was an extra we didn't expect. It also has a super complete common area for cooking or heating food, includes a refrigerator. Only as a recommendation if they are going in the hot season, please bring a small fan for the day, because suddenly if the heat comes together a lot. At night it is perfect, it is very comfortable and cool. Very friendly hosts, they sell things that you can forget. Very good service

The place is just like in the pictures. The cabin is cozy and quiet. Ideal for getting away for a while. The host's service was impeccable, friendly and clear information. I highly recommend it. I would stay there again without hesitation. Points to specify: The Wifi signal does not reach 100, but it was not a problem, it works well for networks and messaging The climb is a little steep, you have to drive carefully The bathroom is spotless I would recommend putting a few cups and spoons in the cabin, although I know that if you ask the hosts, they will respond and provide them without any problem. I recommend bringing insecticide and mosquito repellent. Google maps tells you to turn off on a road that you can't go through by car, you have to go over and enter the next turnoff. In the photos there was a swing chair right on the balcony of the cabin. When we arrived, that chair was in the common areas. We would have loved to have it on the balcony

Everything was very nice, we had an amazing time

I have had the pleasure of staying more than once in this cabin and I still think it has everything to have an amazing time. A very large grill, a fire pit, a jacuzzi that maintains an ideal temperature, a comfortable bed and the best a coating of trees that make you disconnect from the outside, as well as the security it offers when having controlled access. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Ah I don't forget to mention that the host's attention is exquisite and make you feel really at home as quickly as they react.

Everything excellent, a spectacular place

This cabin is extremely comfortable for 2 adults. The space is well used and you don't feel locked up. The area has a practically private lake and a lot of tranquility, you can make campfires and have the car in a safe place. Highly recommended!

I’d rate my stay a 4.3/5, compared to other 5-star Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The listing is as advertised—open layout, great natural light, and a beautiful terrace with solid views and well-kept plants. The bed was comfortable, with essential kitchen amenities and the outdoor space was a big plus. House rules were easy to follow. The location has nice local markets, coffee shops, and breakfast spots nearby. You’ll likely need to use Didi/Uber (50–150 MXN) to get around, but it’s not far from the airport. The hosts communicated well when I had a question. That said, two things affected my stay: there was a very loud party next door until 5 AM, and the hot water didn’t work during my time there. I believe these were unfortunate timing issues, not standard for this place. Overall, it's a well-designed stay with great potential. If those issues hadn’t come up, this easily could’ve been a 5-star experience.
