Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as they were shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My dog was very happy and there's plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

We had a very good stay, the service before and during the stay was very good. The house is spacious and very comfortable! It could improve some points (we had some problems with the water and some amenities were not so clean). But we liked it a lot before and we would rent it again!

Excellent place to go with family and separate you for a while from the world. The view is extraordinary. The social areas are very well thought out for coexistence, distribution conducive to a great environment, especially us who bring people of different ages, it is great for young people and children, and very comfortable for adults. Special mention to the attention of DEW and its people👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Highly recommend selecting this place for our goal. There is a very good super little more than basic one block from the Rancho. Valle and Avándaro are about 30’ by car, consider using map for movement.

Lovely stay in a quite and clean neighbourhood. the location is perfect for a tourist stay and loved the accessibility and furnishings of the studio.

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Excellent accommodation. Very good communication, at all times they were attentive to any situation and very kind and flexible. The place is very well located, it is quiet, safe, clean and a very good option if you are looking to spend a relaxing weekend as a couple or family. I would definitely come back!

I loved his house, it feels very nice and the truth is that we did not take advantage of it because we did not read all his recommendations in the PDF. The cleanliness is good. Plenty of bathrooms, its incredible fruit trees, its house enriched with small details such as viewpoints are very beautiful, I was left wanting a game of pin pon and basketball but the truth is that if I had read the PDF I would have done more things. It's quite hot in Malinalco, so when you arrive, you'll miss the large fans on the ceiling inside and outside the terraces. I think that alone would make the stay completely pleasant. I also think that a pool would be quite enjoyable, but I imagine that the water would make the cost of accommodation quite expensive and it is better to manage it separately with an extra cost. I really congratulate you for having such an incredible vision of your house, the way you distributed nature and recreation areas. Everything is very close to the house, 4 or 5 blocks from the zocalo and restaurants. :)

We were very comfortable. The area is excellent. There are places nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the area is beautiful and very quiet

The cabin is impeccable, just like the photos, very good location, a subdivision, so to speak, of impeccable cabins, I felt more than at home, Tania books, board games, wine glasses, with all the basics and not so basic to have a good time, good weather, rain, etc. You just need the attitude, family or friends to have a great and comfortable time. It is undoubtedly a large cabin where more than 8 people can comfortably enter and pets can also enter, there is even extra space. Only my brother-in-law, who is 190 meters tall, suffered something on the first floor, but nothing out of the ordinary. We will definitely consider it for the next getaway. Moreover, we still have to find the broom and the dustpan to leave it as we received it. Many thanks to the host who was always attentive and helpful!!! See you next time.

We had a lovely stay at Eduardo’s loft. The space is beautiful, and it was wonderful to recharge at the Airbnb in between our excursions. Eduardo was kind, communicative, and organized in his interactions with us. The loft had everything we needed, and the location was great. The two doormen were also incredibly kind and helpful during our stay!

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ximena’s place is beautifully designed and decorated and the floor plan is spacious. She left recommendations and thoughtful touches in the space as well. We found the street noise to be a lot, but was drowned out fairly well using the fan on while sleeping. During the day it did get warm inside without AC but between opening the doors in the evening and using the fan overnight we found it comfortable even on the hotter days. We felt safe having security in the lobby and the neighborhood was very walkable. The view is lovely and location was central for us to walk or uber around many places throughout the city. Would definitely stay again and Ximena is a friendly and helpful host from start to finish in your stay.

An incredible apartment, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. With everything you need for a luxurious stay. I highly recommend it. It is very well located, with a very safe building. The host's attention is the best. I would just like to ask the maintenance staff to check the elevator in Tower 3. We had a bad experience that was resolved, but it was not pleasant. We were trapped for 20 minutes. But in itself, the apartment is amazing, my new place to stay in Mexico City. 10/10

Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

The house is beautiful and super comfortable. You have everything you need to have a great time. The pool and jacuzzi are terrific. This is a very quiet residential development. Marisol's attention is the best of the best! She is super cute and friendly, very rich cuisine and she caters to you and mindful of wonder! Always available. We stayed for more days, we would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, the arrival instructions were very clear and the place was super nice, Stephan answered any questions quickly and Mrs. Sandy who greeted us, was very attentive and kind. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with a lovely outdoor area and pool. It is in a quiet area removed from the noise and hustle of the noisier parts of the city.
