Excellent stay!

This was a really quiet peaceful place to wind down after the bustle of the city. Its a beautiful space, and the 24/7 security made a really late check in seamless. Juan Carlos was communicative and helpful so would definitely reccomend! The only thing to note is that the living room space has floor to ceiling windows and no curtains so its not the most private. Also taking a shower is hard to do without the plastic curtain sticking to you lol.

Excellent place, very spacious, very well decorated, practical and quiet to spend a vacation or a work period. The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, shops and walking spots, a metro station. Liliana was attentive to our arrival and in close communication when we require it. We will definitely be staying again in this departamento if it is available on our next visit to Mexico City.

This accommodation was fantastic for what we were looking for. I went with my mom for two days to the city and it was a very good place to stay. The area is quiet at night, in the mornings it is a good place to walk around. My mom felt very happy since she was able to rest. It was incredible, the bed was very comfortable, and Francisco was very kind. He gave us clear directions, the communication was excellent.

It exceeds expectations, it is even better than in the photos and Jose is always available for any questions. The staff are very friendly and understanding when it comes to storing luggage. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City 💓

Love staying here. Great place and great location. As others noted - beware that you need to climb stairs. We knew about it and it was a great exercise Recommend this place for staying in heart of Zona Rosa.

The apartment was comfortable for 2 couples. The apartment is well appointed and the location is near many cafes, restaurants, and parks. There is construction nearby so it wasn’t possible to sleep in, but even more reason to get up early and enjoy the city.

Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as they were shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My dog was very happy and there's plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

Great place to stay! 10 min drive to downtown Tepoztlán. The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen and stay are very spacious. The pool area and jacuzzi is beautiful with a spectacular view of the Tepozteco! It's worth staying in this home. However, you should consider that you will need a car to move around.

Unique beautiful property! Well equipped with really nice special touches. The fresh flowers were amazing! We had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in the center of Cuernavaca. Thanks to Ms. Marcela for her excellent attention and always being on top of everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

Excellent attention and directions that José Francisco gives us, he is very kind, we had good communication at all times. It is a spacious, beautiful and impeccable house with a good location. The ridge temperature was great. Worth the boiler.

This is my all time favorite stay ever! We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for 4 days and we miss it already. The home is located in a famous alleyway but was very peaceful and secluded. Many shops, restaurants, and cafes in the surrounding area, most of which are walking distance. The location was perfect as it was very close to a mega grocery store and near a beautiful town square. The home itself had absolutely everything needed and the most spacious bedroom ever! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the patios. Perfect getaway!!

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Mexico City. We'd definitely love to come back!

Great condo location, modern architecture, amenities and excellent front desk and service staff. The condo and area was safe and secure, but even though condo was on 3rd floor and glass sound absorbing, there was still some street noice during night that can affect peaceful sleep. Staff was always ready to assist and even though we skipped some days, staff was ready to clean condo daily. We had wonderful experience, cool mornings and evenings and of course great Polanco street atmosphere and lots of top rated restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Super responsive hosts! They kept a very open line of communication. The apartment was very clean, organized and hosts provided towels and linens. The neighborhood itself was very walkable, in a central location, and close to public transportation. Exactly what we were looking for!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect—close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to Roma. I was working remote, the WiFi was perfect. And the plants on the balcony made for a great background. The area is beautiful. Completely safe neighborhood made for some lovely late night walks. Only issue I had was mosquitos were getting inside. We found a hole in a screen on one window where they were getting in. Art personally came and fixed the screen himself. And presto, no more mosquitos! Overall, it was a great stay.

Great stay! Would recommend. Much rather stay here than in the touristy areas plus you have security 24/7 which was so nice. Definitely worth the price and it’s a prime location! Blocks away from Bellas artes and Chinatown. Pharmacy right around the corner with food stands. Also, lots of windows but the building next door is abandoned! If you can, stay here!

Comfortable private space. Near tourist attractions. Close to restaurants. You’re definitely in the middle of it all.
